Bobtails taking spots for large rigs. Management, please do something about it. Make signs and more spots for bobtails. You're reducing the revenue of the entire truck stop. Bathrooms are not super clean like at other locations. Shower was clean and good.

Excellent truck stop area that has a great shopping experience and tasty fast food built-in. There is a McDonald's and Chester's chicken at this spot. First time trying the honey chicken sandwich at Chester's and boy it was delicious! I am now a fan of Chester's chicken! Cheap gas prices make this even better to stop for gas here on the way to Charleston!

Clean and friendly with great water pressure and all the employees are respectful even if other customers are being rude, definitely a place I'd come back to anytime I'm in the area. I guess the only thing I would point out is maybe get some more areas for bobtails I personally don't mind other drivers taking up the bigger spots because there is no space at times or your just out of your drive time (70 hr dot) but other then that I still give it a solid 5 stars

Very nasty loves. One of the worst when it comes to clean. Bathroom is disgusting. The mc Donald's in this loves is nothing to brag about. Best to just stay away from here.

They don't great you when you walk in, like every other loves in the country, they seem to not even be able to communicate with one another. 230 am, I walk to the counter to pay for my items, I have to wait a few moments for the guy to finish what he's doing on his phone. When he does approach the register he never made eye contact with me, he kept his phone in his left hand at eye level the whole time, he even paused my transition to put both hands on his phone before finishing my transaction.. This loves has been added to the list of locations not to return to, a list which is unfortunately growing...

Technician came out for road call. Took my tire off and left all of my parts on the ground. Then left for two and a half hours, would not answer his phone. Finally show back up. Took 2 hours for the whole job to complete. Charge me for five hours. 167 Dollars an hour. He riding around doing other things. Then I went inside the office to talk to the manager about the situation he was very rude and unhelpful. They act like they were splitting the money, very bad customer.

Big guy was cleaning the showers fast but they were never calling, when he got to the 4th one I asked him why are they not calling them he said the people at the front has to do it, thing is there were nobody at the front. In fact there hadn’t been anybody there for at least 30 min, I know that because there was someone calling on the scale for a long time. I knocked on the security window for him but there was nobody in there either. Big guy had to stop cleaning the showers and go to the computer himself for it to finally start assigning showers and thats when the front desk people finally came. The shower was clean but they were using packing tape trying to stop the toilet from leaking? I dont know why but the store smells weird.

Stayed here over the weekend for a 34. Trash cans in the parking lot were overflowing an wasn't emptied the entire time. Bathrooms weren't clean an inside smelled terrible. Parking lot was full of dropped trailers an locals parking their cars to save spots. McDonald's was closed on Sunday. Employees did more standing around talking then anything else I saw. Will never stop at this location again.

Those previous four-star review I don't know not for me there's no welcome to Love's here 5/3/2022 Time 8:18PM 1* Star. But The next day 5/4/2022 Time 8:56AM. welcome to Love's okay now I change my mind five star for the morning crew. Please love's do something about this drop trailers.

Very aggravating having to walk inside and have to stand in line only to retrieve a Gas receipt. Not to mention only 1(one) register will print a receipt. Not only at this location but most Love's location I have stopped at. Are they under staffed or LAZY !!!

On February 04,2024 around 6pm witnessed staff was unprofessional, she was talking on phone loud and eating at same time at counter, her food was over the counter and she was leaning over and eating her meal. I was not expecting this from Loves.

I give the staff at this location a 5 star, because they are a helpful and a friendly staff. I pulled up to fuel line and heard someone speak out to me. I turned around to see a gentleman name Levi, at that time he was servicing the fuel line. He will speak to you and you will discover he is kind harted person, he enjoys what he does along with meetings you and making you feel welcomed at Loves. I went inside the store to get some food and drink, at this time I spoke to Terri at the check out and found the same traits in her, friendly and kind. My main point is the two staff members did this out of the kindness and not because it was their job to do it.

I stopped at lugoff SC to get gas and fell in LOVE with the cleanliness so clean that my car looked dirty at this statio. I used the CLEAN water they have there to clean my windshield ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️thank you for being great

On App show 50 truck parking spots but there is 83, however lots locals guys use this parking like their own, need more attention by management about this.....

Stopped in on my way to Ohio and the lady sweeping yelled because I used the wrong door? Bathrooms were a mess. Overall terrible customer service from the younger workers.

We stopped to get gas and let our dog stretch their legs. That's why we stop at Loves Dog walk area both trash containers were full. No extra bags so people can clean up after their dogs. We always take our own bags but at least the trash containers could be empty... That would help!

Not too terrible but could use some work. The shower wasn’t very clean, a bunch of trash on the floor in the corner because there wasn’t a trash can. Store itself was pretty average and the person who rang me up was incredibly friendly and polite, asking if my shower was alright and if the water was hot enough. The fountain drink/food area definitely needed a good cleaning though…

Plenty of parking. Poor water pressure in the showers . And Chester doesn't have the barbecue sandwich your advertising at night
