Very bad service the girl that was attending was very rude just because I asked why the chocolate was ringing 6.49 when it says 2.15 and she asked me very seriously it’s 6.49 do you want it or not she went and verified the price and said it was an error so do you want it or not I said yes but it should be at 2.15 and she said do you want it or not at 6.49 and she left me on one cashier and left to the other cashier to pass everyone by me and left me there unattended when I wasn’t even in the line for 1 min. Clients coming out saying you are right. Still waited and she came back with a lot of attitude telling me that she was not going to Honor me the price so I said ok charge me the rest when I see a white female who identified herself as the manager but did not want to hear me just her employee and said she is my best employee and I said fine that’s great but it’s a mistake that should be fixed and your employee attitude was not the best for the mistake being by the store and not me and the girl said oh also she took a picture of me and I said oh yes I did because Pilot company should know what happens in their stores… at this point I noticed that the girl was very angry so I said please charge me the rest and the white lady took my items and the cashier took my items and said don’t you dare ring her up because she was very rude and nasty and spoke nasty also she is just doing this because she is white and I am black and my Pastor said what??? no she did was not rude, and a client said she was not even loud and she was right asking for a price that was put wrong and I said what are you talking about my husband is black that doesn’t even make scene, so at this point the manager said with a scared face sorry I will not be able to charge you your items and I left, This is very sad because Pilot is one of my favorite gas station and this experience just was out of control if that is her best employee what else do they have as employees I don’t carry a halo over my head but I was very polite and nice just asking for a price that was not right. I’m would like someone to contact me about this because this was very disrespectful. I have proof of the price onz to proof I was not lying. People should not bring personal problems to work because there was no need for her to get so upset out of nowhere.

Ms Candace and Ms TK were welcoming as soon as you opened the door. Pleasantly surprised!! Thank you ladies!! That has next to never happened in a Pilot. Not to say others haven't been nice, but you two MAKE A DIFFERENCE!! Store was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Excellent customer service upon checkout as well. Again, THANK YOU. You are sooo appreciated. Remember, you literally help the world go round!!

8/2021 My experience was well actually. The cashier made my day. She was genuinely nice and I could tell she likes interacting with people. She was nice the whole time and very helpful. Overall the store looked great. I got something to eat and hit the road.

We stopped for gas at the Pilot Center while traveling on I-26. We got coffee from the Pilot side which was very good. Hate weak coffee. They also offered many snack foods including prepackaged cakes, boiled peanuts, cold drinks and more. There was a Dairy Queen and Cinnabon section as well as a Wendy’s. We ordered a Dave’s Double Burger and a Cheese and Bacon topped Baked Potato. Both were delicious. If you are in need of any of these things while traveling, it’s worth the stop.

Best ever my bed was made room was ready when I arrived sheets turned down with a pillow mint on the pillow. Just how I like it. Staff was phenomenal. The shower was going and Hot ready for me when I was ready. With a fresh, hot, dry towel hung neatly next to the door. The masseuse was tied up all night, however, was easily able to work me in between smoke breaks could tell she was very well trained. Plus they had all the accessories I needed for my lighter in and out. Breakfast was great. served bedside. This is a very funny review.

Would not recommend stopping here I would go to another pilot ,Showers have mold growing in them and started getting nauseous after only a couple minutes ,missing tiles and fixtures falling off walls and ceiling ......it's best to say if the shower areas that are easiest to clean are not kept up imagine what condition the food areas are in......go somewhere else and don't risk stopping at this one there is a better pilot up the road

As far as pilots go it's sub par. Employees are nice and helpful but store looks run down and in need of a good scrubbing. Coffee area was out of almost all the creamers, only 1 Coffee pot with coffee left in it while the others sat empty. Restrooms were ok, but could use a good cleaning instead of the standard "push the dirt around with a mop" routine. Biggest problem here is parking, they let "non backing" no skilled or lazy steering wheel holders park in fire lanes and along drive blocking or making it almost impossible to back around them into actual parking spots.(plenty of open spots to back in at the time, steering wheel holders just to lazy to back into them) giving the respectful and skilled drivers a bad name.

Do not come to this Pilot Location! I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for a shower. They have 5 showers, 3 in use and 2 vacant. When ask at the front desk if they have someone to clean the shower, they simple responded they don’t have anyone at the moment…..smdh. Will never come to this location again! Bad customer service!!

This Pilot is huge! Despite its size, the place was clean and of course had plenty to choose from. There's even a Dairy Queen, Wendy's, and Cinnabon inside. The Cinnabon is located as soon as you walk inside Pilots main entrance. It is fairly small so you gotta get there early to get the good stuff. With Wendy's and Dairy Queen being in close proximity to each other, there tends to be a lot of chaos and messiness in that area during peak hours. So watch your step. Cinnabon is closed on Sundays. So we missed out there and just grabbed a bite to eat at Wendy's. Wendy's service was fast and the food was prepared to perfection. TRY THE HOT HONEY chicken it's suberb!

After a big long trip, I pulled into this pilot truckstop because I like pilot over loves. Pilot cares about the people, loves cares about the dollars! All their fuel lines were closed, and even the showers were shut down. Why are they even open?

Horrible place, it doesn't feel like a safe place, many people hanging around and making noise.

Not the biggest but not the smelliest. Staff is very curteous here and the restroom is small but clean. They have Wendy's and cinnabun kiosk and dairy Queen here. The Wendy's serves breakfast

This post is for upper management. Why do y'all always short staff the Wendy's at this location on the night shift? This is a travel center. It stays busy and it doesn't make any since to not have enough staff. And not only were y'all out of lemonade tonight, this morning 2am, the soda machine was down also. So people got cheated if they purchased a combo like me. I had to drink the fruit punch witch tasted like flavored water. If y'all don't know how to run a resturaunt y'all should step down and allow someone who does. This location looks nice, but no one wants to spent their hard earned money and have to feel cheated when they leave a place of business..

Be carful when you park here . The parking spots are mixed with free and reserved . Most of it is not visible clearly. And they enforce the rule randomly. I was Saturday there and no body said anything. Sunday night suddenly they started enforcing and started towing trucks . I attached the pictures for evidence that I witnessed two trucks towed 10/11/20121.
