Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

Half the gas pumps were out of order. First one I pulled up to didn’t have a tamper sticker on the credit card reader. The receipt didn’t print. But on a positive note, they had bananas
We needed a rest stop. Pilot was at the next exit, and we were thrilled to get gas for $2.99 a gallon. The restrooms were clean, classy, and I liked the soft rock playing throughout the store. This is a well lit, clean store with lots to choose from: snacks, drinks, fruits, souvenirs, clothes, books and more. A Wendy’s and Dunkin are next door if you want burgers or special coffee. I was impressed with the cashier who was mopping the floor or cleaning, when he wasn’t assisting customers. There is a laundry and showers, but I did not use either.
Traveling on a road without rest areas, we needed to find a gas station. Especially since we noticed prices in SC were low. We pulled off at the next exit and we were happy to see that regular gas was $2.99 a gallon. Another gas station was down the road for $2.89 a gallon, but Pilot is consistently clean inside & out. So we stayed. As expected, the restrooms were clean. The store was also clean store. It had lots to choose from if you’re hungry or thirsty or just need something to bring home to the kids. Some prices are high - my favorite protein bar, ONE, was $2.99, and that’s a little high. Some prices are low - 2 SC tee shirts for $20. For other food and drink choices, go next door to Wendy’s or Dunkin.
While they do have pilot coffee. They are not brewing any and saying that it's out of order you have to use automatic machine. Not sure because it's broke or employees too lazy to brew coffee. On top of that no French vanilla creamer. Only cream and milk and Dunkin donuts French vanilla syrup. Also flooding across the parking lot. Support poles are shooting water out at the base near the gas pumps. Friendly service, maintained store and bathrooms...
Totally has all truck fuel shut off.
Clean, ok size parking, staff is nice, clean bathrooms. Wendys, nice store, xlean diesel pumps,
Let’s start with the showers . I went to take a shower and the restrooms in the shower area we gross . The shower in shower #2 was clogged so it was like taking a bath . It was black mold growing all over the walls. I have asthma so that’s a huge problem . Then I went to eat and the Wendy’s looks like a catergoty 5 tornado came through and destroyed the place .
Stopped to purchase gas on 12/20/23. A few hours later I get a fraud alert notice from my bank that someone tried to use my card for $151.00. Employee have access to this information?
Shower 5 was lava hot and category 5 hurricane pressure Standard looks for flying j/pilot showers Floor had some lint on it but shower was pretty clean overall
Fantastic pit stop travel center, clean restrooms, fresh dunkin’ coffee, dairy queen, Wendy’s and good selection of travel essentials and souvenirs.
No functioning air compressor!! They said it had no worked for a month!!! So instead of filling tires we lost 20# on one tire. We always have chosen Pilot. No more. ?
Pulled up at 4am, absolutely NOTHING to eat. Wendy's closed, no hotdogs, nothing. Complete trash, stop elsewhere.
Fuel islands are dirty and pumps need attention. Showers are good and people are also. Coffee tough to get
very bad attention. deceptive offers. a product that had to pay $ 1 pay $ 4.70 and when I asked the Manager for this, he answered me very rudely. I do not return to this place. the manager must train better to serve clients. the name of the manager is Dom.
Have a temporary duplicate license from NC and they wouldnt sell me tobacco only because it doesnt have the barcode to scan. I'm 38 years old, have a CDL, medical card and grey hairs in my beard and clerk wouldnt even call a manager and I was the only person in line.
Great place to buy Gifts for your family from Universal Renovations Inc we work every by owner Mike Betancourt..
I stop here 4 to 5 times a week, the Dunkin coffee is always empty, store and parking lot is clean, showers suck
It was well worth the stop, gas prices went from 2.38 in Ga to this Pilot price of 2.12 with the discount, easy access to I-95, There is a Dairy Queen and. Wendys here. Plenty of truck and auto parking. Store is well stocked. We will add it to our stop lust next time we are in the area. All personnel was polite and knowledgeable on their job.
The womens bathroom was dirty and trashy. It hasnt been cleaned in a while. My husband says the mens room is the same. I didnt go into the store cause the bathrooms were so bad.
Do usually put review but this store deserves one , bad customer service , mean staff and dirty store , dirty shower
Sign says $1.94 for 87. Pull in and the pump says $2.29??? Am I missing something? I'm guessing the lower price is a members only price? Usually in that case both prices are posted... I wouldn't have passed 10 gas stops to get here for a more expensive price if the true price was posted
