This truck stop doesn’t believe that truck drivers should have access to trash bins. All trash bins are placed near the building and easily accessible to cars needing gas. But for trucks parking overnight, we don’t get the privilege of having easy access to trash bins especially if we are parked in the back of the lot.
Best gas prices on the road! We saw other places before and after for 5 to 10 cents more. Today 2/21/23 it was $3.09 for regular. One of the pumps was out of order so we had to move to another one. The store seemed clean, and the bathrooms were fine - paper towels instead of the irritating blow dryers.
Gas price was great, but my card got skimmed. The pump wouldn't take it so I had to go inside. The pump ACTED like it was working, then it just said "see cashier". The cashier held my card, but it seemed like he knew there was a skimmer on the pump. I had to replace my card and fight some fraud charges
Nice lil Pilot. Clean inside and out. Friendliest staff. Will stop here all the time when we come this way.
Fairly nice gas station and convenience store. Restrooms were clean and a good selection of snacks/drinks. The parking spaces were too small in front of the building.
Kerry was extremely helpful, as I was looking for something editable, with the restrictions of wisdom teeth out, not wanting to do too much. McDonald's next door was jammed full. But grateful she took time to walk me over to where I could find protein pack options. The cashier (black girl) was courteous to make sure I was paying for the right pump, since I did walk in distracted on the phone uncertain if I was on pump #12. Great customer service
Stopped for lube service unfortunately off on Sundays, Great parking, clean Restroom but so small, shops inside great, self check out machines never seen in another place ?
Busy travel center with clean restrooms and a good selection of snacks. They have freezie drinks if that’s your thing. Staff were friendly and there’s a good McDonalds attached..
I really like Pilots in general but this place is in need of some major cleaning. Every place we looked, there was garbage around the pumps.
The whole vibe was off here… Pretty sure me and a friend of mine quite literally witnessed a woman being trafficked inside the store.
It was convenient to shops and beautiful beach across the street. Everyone was very accommodating in making sure we were happy with our stay. The room was clean and inviting although I did notice a few things that needed a little TLC but would not stop me from coming back or recommending it to a friend. We had a beautiful view of the beach.
Lot lizards soliciting at night. The restaurant is clean as well as the store. Pilot needs to start cleaning up it's act as getting panhandled and having lots lizards around is getting old. Especially when paying to park.

The Pilot part was nice and clean. The workers in McDonalds had disgusting attitudes. I had something missing from my order at the girl was upset she had to give me fries that were missing. She also didn’t want to give me bbq sauce. I don’t understand the attitude. Then my cousins 10 piece nugget only had 8 nuggets. It wasn’t a good experience.
Stopped in after an excruciatingly long day, starving (McDonald's service was deplorable at best), needing fuel ($2.99/gal!!) and tired of the road. Ordered food, 20 minutes later it was handed to me... Went to the truck to eat with hubby & puppy and thought, hey .. we should shower & recharge while we're here. I grabbed my bag and went back in to pay for the shower where the gentleman at the counter (wish I got his name... Light brown hair in a pony tail & glasses) was amazing! He rang me up and walked me back to the shower area, unlocked the door and even though there were towels already there, he grabbed me warm ones! The shower area was exceptionally clean and felt perfectly safe and private. On my way out I grabbed a cup of coffee where another employee, rang up my fuel and told me the coffee was on her. Thank you Pilot! Stellar service!! 10/10 will stop there again!
Very clean restrooms, lots of gas pumps available. Great place for truckers. Lots of parking. Has a McDonald's addition. IT WAS AWFUL. Waited at least 10 minutes , never acknowledged by any associates, so I kept my money and continued on my journey.
