with so many workers I always see at least 4 or more workers and none of them can clean this area the coffee and breakfast section.very nasty who will want to eat at a place like this? where is the manager? I bet the manager house is as nasty as this place and that's why they don't care of cleaning

If you think that you can relax here in the evening or at night, then you will not be able to do this. It’s good if a security guard knocks on your car in the evening and asks you to move to an unknown location. This applies to all cars and passenger cars and cargo campers. I don’t know about the rest, but recreational parking is the main condition for safety on the road. As you can see, no one needs security, but Loves and the Pilot.

First, there are (at least from what I've seen) zero signs saying there is a loves here. Nothing on the highway, nothing on the offramp, nothing but trees. Just because your gps says there's a loves doesn't always mean there is. Second, there are no signs differentiating which entrance is for trucks, so for any truck driver that reads this, the first entrance to the loves is the truck entrance. Do not use the entrance at the light, if there is another truck there you will not make that turn. I have never been to a "bad" loves because Usually if a loves is bad it's still good. This is by far, without a doubt the worst loves I have ever been too in my entire trucking career. The parking lot is disgusting, dirty, tight and cramped. The trash was overflowing at the pumps, and the pumps were all beat up. There was a truck on cinder blocks in the corner and cars parked along the side. The inside wasn't that bad, you can clearly see it's an old location but there were items scattered around and the refrigerators weren't all fully stocked. Which isn't a big deal if we're any other place other than loves which is usually kept up. There's drug addicts that hang around here as well. I get that this location provides jobs for this area but I'd highly recommend you avoid this loves at all cost. And don't even think about staying the night.

This place the coffee area is nasty stinks and Flys all over the food. Floors dirty and the workers don't care..

Bathrooms 1/10 service 1/10 showers 1/10 cleanliness-20/10 by far the worst loves i have ever been too surprised i didn’t get a disease when i walked in as you can see in pictures the workers are being lazy and useless considering there too busy too clean the showers and placed them out of order since noone will clean them every soda you can think of they dont have because the machine is broken not to mention the workers running around the store and being children try to tag each other like some queers by far the worst experience ive ever had in a loves and sad to say i wont be back and that if loves management sees this my best advise is too fire everyone take 2-3 weeks and clean up the place because the parking lot smells like weed and piss and then start over and try again thanks!

Very small not clean. Staff is ghetto worse than the customers. Bathrooms are not loves standards. Very small space to get fuel and parking is crazy trucks everywhere. Customers are impatient and carless

Dirty & Falling apart! Worst loves I’ve ever seen in my career! Druggies all over the lot & lizards knocking on your door all night! Other Truckers just parked anyway they want blocking everything! Box trucks parked in most spots! Come on Loves you know you can do better… Just Sad & Unsafe

It’s a truck stop so expect it to be less hospitable than a hotel or a home…. But today I showered and as I was getting out of the shower I saw maggots escaping the sewage in the bathroom. They were alive and emerging from the mold in the sewer. It really messed up any hope I had for this place…. Oh and on top of that the guy that was cleaning the bathroom after me just came behind me and wiped them up and gave the bathroom to the next person in line. It was repulsive and completely unsanitary. I wouldn’t suggest doing anything here that involves the water system. These things had have been there months or even years before this to emerge at such a high number. So this isn’t anything new

This is not a truck stop, it's a homeless drug addict hang out. Anything that you need, they're out of stock. You went to get a salad and they don't carry forks. In short, probably just go to the next truck stop. The employees are friendly.

Wish I could give no stars to this one. My husband and I just left there and it has got to be the most dirtiest Love's I've ever been to. I had the misfortune of needing to use the women's restroom- it was practically trashed. I know in the other locations- they have a notification telling employees to do a courtesy check on the restrooms. Either they're ignoring it or the notification has been dismantled because that restroom doesn't look like its been cleaned in hours. Also 2 faucets are clearly in need of repairs. My husband was getting coffee and that whole refreshment area looked gross. What is management doing? Better question is- will they do something?

This whole place is nasty.. Who is responsible for cleaning.? They need to hire a real cleaning crew.. Bathrooms( toilet, sink & shower), drink area, floors, everything was disgusting.. ?? I have never seen a loves like this who is in charge here.?! ?

By far the worst gas station I have ever been too. It smelled like poop and the floors were terribly sticky and visibly dirty. Trash on the floors and outside. Disgusting. Apart from the lack of cleanliness, the parking and gas area are extremely tight. Unless your a seasoned driver I would pass on to the next travel stop.

Negative stars if it was an option. What is going on with the Loves brand?? The equipment and pumps are terrible. Not clean and in need of repair. This is the worst Love's I've seen in the entire US!!?

The worst place to stop . I stopped to take a 30-minute break. I stopped to the side and went inside the store to buy a sandwich. When I returned to my Turk, I found a security guard tapping on the window with a hammer.( private for police)I told him, “Why are you doing this? You will break the glass.” He told me, “You must leave,” so I told him, “I will eat.” The sandwich and I will leave. Then he said to me, “You must go right now M F,He took the jacket over to show me the gun. I said to him, “Are you threatening me? I will eat and leave.” Then he tapped on the glass so hard that he broke it and tried to escape to hide behind the trailer.(I HAVE THIS ON RECORD) I entered inside the store and spoke to the manager , but There is no solution, and when I asked him which number should I call to solve this problem, he said I do not have any number and refused to give me any numbers. I asked about the insurance company or the security company for the place. He refused to give me any answer. I called the police and made a report and requested a court under a criminal offense. After that, I cleaned the Turk and left. There one driver witness. One day after my witness , he called me and said that the security guard had beaten another driver and caused him physical damage. The police were present and the security personnel were taken to the police station.
