Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

Worst truck stop, they dont accommodate their drivers at all. Kevin their manager is power hungry person. He couldn’t give me any solutions other than calling the police to help me move at night. Kevin the manager all he did is smile at me and made me feel like he can just walk all over me and ruin my night. I’m oversized, and I can’t drive at night because of dot regulations. I am parked here and I am not blocking anyone what so ever. I just need to be here until sunrise when I can move again. I don’t mind paying for 1-2parking spaces. But there was no spaces next to each other. All he could tell me is that we don’t accommodate oversized drivers. That to me is discrimination. If more truck come and park next to me and start blocking flow of traffic. Then I understand why they have to move. Now I have to go park on the side of the road somewhere and put me and others at risk. Worst representation of Pilot Travel center. Loves truck stop is 100% better than this. Unbelievable.
We were just passing through and wanted to comment on the staff. Every one greeted me and my family with smiles and very kind! The Subway sandwiches were delicious! And even when I was sitting in the car I still saw respect at the door as a staff member was cleaning windows and paying attention to customers. You guys are awesome! Have a happy New Year! God bless!
I was told by an employee that I had to move my vehicle because there was a two-hour parking I had just arrived and was there for 30 minutes. The employee was banging on my window very hard and I felt threatened. He told me to leave. I had just gone inside and had just used the restroom and bought food. I was sitting in my vehicle. I didn't want to argue so I left. Not RV-friendly either.. The employees are on a power trip. What a dump and dirty establishment and women's restroom was dirty and it smells awful.
Staff is rude. One of the employees boyfriend is a tow truck driver contracted through the city and 5 mins after I broke down *outside* of their parking lot she had already made a police report because her boyfriend was on call hauling cars to impound for the city that night. Didn't even give me time to work it out before she was already trying to profit from my misfortune
I’m convinced whoever designs these parking lots has never even seen a semi truck, absolute cluster. But this stop is fairly clean, and the people are very nice. Grace is an excellent customer service person and earns this stop extra stars for sure
The new Ford plant is putting a high demand on this store that’s rockin’ and rollin’ at 6am and 5pm. One thing I have to say is that upper management is terrorizing its front line employees by forcing them to announce “Welcome to Pilot!” each and every time the door swings open. We have 5,000 cars parked at the job less than a quarter mile away, and if only 20% of those would consider stopping here then that’s 1,000 people per day opening and closing that door, and the poor old lady working the counter is running herself hoarse trying to say “hello” to each and every one of us! Upper management should be ashamed if this is mandatory…
This is a random stop that I make and Stanton, alway hard to get in and out of, they to expand the lot, but Jim Haslit is going to get the most out of this property. If you're planning to stop here and take a shower good luck, there facilities are very small. The staff always seems like they're on edge and it's probably from dealing with the local townies, that have a huge meth problem in the area. There is a sea of lot lizards roaming freely about. Despite all of this, the pumps are in good condition. Any professional truck driver I would say this was a definite recommend.
Unreliable & unbelievable management making drivers leave the truckstop, even when they are not parked near a no parking sign. Maybe it's because we're near Memphis, Tennessee, with all their towing mafia going on. Definitely won't be back to this location, but it appears my business or lack thereof will have little effect at this location.
Wrose place every to take your business boycott this place. They are not nomad friendly too small for big trucks. RVs, trucks with trailers our oversized loads. I'm working at Blue Oval so I stop here all the time go in the back of my RV eat my food then leave they tell me I can not park here its only two hours of parking I did not look at my receipt but I made a purchase at 7:03 that means I still could park there until 9:03 I'm a customer they don't want your money ?
Very friendly people nice and clean they have good food And at end of parking lot there’s a hotel For people who want to sleep and rest
Came in at 8:30 only to have to walk in cause pumps didn't take card. Asked for 2 chicken biscuits- they aren't cooked. Went to subway they only have white and wheat bread. Try to pay with gift card told Machine can't take them. What kind of scams are you running? I'm a local this is NOT acceptable. Think I will take my business else where!
I’ve been standing here waiting 45 minutes for one shower to become available. I’m the only person waiting too. Nobody in front of or behind me
Gross! While I was washing my hands in bathroom a employee came out of stall and went straight to floor. I asked if she was going to wash her hands she ignored me while she was looking at her phone and walking onto sales floor.
This is one of the most different Pilots I've seen in its way of the store as it it's built parking lot is also very very difference is a little uncomfortable the way it is built entrance and the exit is it going to go put gas and it's going to be a little uncomfortable to get out if it's a little crowded the inside is completely Square. But you can eat some chicken in Chester or have a sandwich in Subway
No central air in shower 7. It's 2300 and 80 degrees outside. Hot water was the only water available in the shower...the shower with no air conditioning. The franchises closed for the night. When I got out of my unwanted hot shower I had no good food available. Pilot is trash. I will take my $500 fuel purchases elsewhere.
Great employees, ready to help you in any way. I ate lunch here, and what I really liked about it was it has an area where you can sit down and eat. There was alot of traffic in and out while I was there but the line at yhe counter was not a long wait at all. I personally will be going here again in the future and would definitely recommend to others too.
Chester's Chicken ZERO Stars me and another driver asked if the food was fresh was told yes the food was cold talked to the manager she argued me down about my own experience. Will not return
