Nice big one! Subways, Cinnabon, and the regular Polot fair! Lounge, showers and seating!

Jason and Cassandra were excellent I really appreciate them both for talking to me and assisting me with what I needed. Store looked amazing. It’s a huge store on the inside. It kinda of feel like a food court inside a mall. All the associates were busy working keeping the store looking great earlier in the day. I do hope and wish I could visit this locating more often. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Thank them sooo much. Most people wouldn’t say anything to me, probably just speak. But I thank them for even coming to work to even deal with us customers. Thank you to everyone at this location.

Had to stop here for a quick here for a quick rest break. The men’s bathroom was disgusting, very dirty, floor wet and the stalls were a whole other thing. Avoid. Very busy with a lot of floor traffic from truckers, fed ex vans and gas traffic. I decided to use Popeyes chicken rest room which was much cleaner and ordered a sweet tea to go.

Not a bad place to park . A lot of food places around. Would advise not to go to Logan’s unless you want to spend a good bit of money for a steak boiled in water. But the truck stop is ok just like most. It is what it is life as a truck driver lol

The 2nd story driver's lounge/ corridor is a suitable space for Salat comfortably.

Very clean and lots of stuff to rats. The Cinnabon is awesome.

You don’t have to pay for parking!!! Another driver and myself were refunded our reservation bc other truckers who did not pay were in our spots and pilot said they will not make them move. So just know that b4 you pay 20$ for a reservation here and good luck finding somewhere to park in this area

This use to be my top 3 pilots I’ve ever been to. I use to love to stop here. Now it’s meth heads as far as the eye can see. Then pilot chooses to hire some as well. I walk up stairs to shower. The manager going 1000 mph walks/runs pass me looks at me and keeps going. I’m like maybe someone else is back here. It’s 1:30am. 30 mins after no shower I walk back down stairs and she is making coffee. lol it’s 4 people in this store besides the 2 workers. 2!!! Smh this is crazy to me that your main priority at 1:30 am is coffee and not a trucker at a truck stop trying to shower and sleep. 12 showers and not one available because there not cleaned. This place is junky heaven. METHHEAD CENTRAL ???.

I had the worst experience there at the location in Lebanon, TN. I for a chicken strip dinner with two sides, the cook brought out fresh chicken strips but when I placed my order she tried giving me the strips that had been out all day, when I asked for the fresh hot strips she said she puts the everywhere. Long story short she tried to sell me old stale chicken strips when she had just brought out fresh.

After traveling overnight, stopping at a place as clean and helpful as this, with the upbeat employees that were there, helped me reset my attitude and start fresh for the remainder of my drive. They have safe, clean showers. I’d never used a travel stop shower before, and a kind cashier walked me through what to do and assured me I was safe. It was a great shower! If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll stop even if I don’t need anything, just to experience the smiles & clean, bright shop. And very good coffee, of course! The photo is the shower waiting area, which was very clean & comfortable.

This is a first rate truck stop. Lots of amenities and features for every kind of traveler, both the working transporter and the general motorist. Friendly staff. Tons of USB and household outlet charging stations in the food court area. Lots of wide, easy access pumps. A good amount of parking. Entire facility -- including the rest rooms -- are exceptionally clean. The place is well maintained. Large food court with plenty of good seating. Choice of Dairy Queen, Subway, Cinmabon, PJ Fresh Hot food, plus package deli food and tons of snacks and beverages in the store, including alcoholic beverages. This place has everything you could ever want from a highway truck stop and then some.

The nicest truck stop you'll ever visit. The bathrooms are spotless, the food is fresh, and the staff is friendly. Plenty of seating and pretty much anything you could want to eat or drink. I will be stopping here every time I'm in Lebanon. There's also a free air pump next to the diesel pump out front.

We had the best experience at Cinnabon inside the Pilat Travel Center. Shae was so amazing. Very professional and courteous.

Clean and nice store but as a trucker they’re really not for use. Out of all the parking spot of about 100 only maybe 10 are not pay to park. 20$ a night just to park here.

This one is a work in progress. Pilot travel centers are some of the best places to stop. Bathrooms are the nicest and cleanest. Food choices are very good along with an attached fast food place. There is always a good selection of travel related goods available. Parking is plentiful.
