It’s a shame I didn’t read reviews below before I went in to order at this Burger King. They are very accurate. I would have never even gone inside, we would have just gotten fuel (which is a planned stop that we will request not to be sent back to) and then left. I would not give this BK any stars but I have to in order to leave this review. I don’t even know where to start besides saying that upon entry, the restaurant was unclean. Only one other customer, not busy. The original employee that took my order was nice as could be. I hate I didn’t get a name, he should train the others in how to treat customers. He was gone when I returned to express my concerns about 6-8 minutes after I got my food and noticed the problem and went back inside. However, I am now livid. No employee should ever speak to any customer in the manner that I was spoken to today when expressing concern about the unacceptable condition of my order. This employee came from the Popeyes side to see what I needed when he saw me returning with a BK bag in hand. I was told the (fryer) grease is old and the new fries would be the same, with no trade or compensation for the inedible fries and he added that it gets changed tomorrow so I could just come back… WHAT?! OTR truck team with deliveries in Georgia the next 4 days so that’s a stellar solution there, “Greg”… Kenny… whoever you want to lie about being today. I even knew he was lying when I asked his name, and asked him if it was really his name. He knew he faulted, and kept digging the hole with his attitude. Then I was argued with even more, and told that he can’t give the managers info when I asked for it. Ok, I’ve heard that before when a manager/owner knows their facility isn’t functioning as it should. I said “I’ll find that myself, no worries.” He got an attitude about me saying that too. At that point, I was definitely triggered and popped back. Watch the footage, I encourage that. I was also told I didn’t look like a trucker, which has ZERO to do with basic & decent customer service. I’ll also add that the drink area looks like a disaster with items in disarray and no napkins or straws on the drink bar, they are in their original bags with a torn open hole over on the counter for customer to grab because nobody wants to put them where they go. Remember, they weren’t that busy and it takes maybe 5 minutes or less to clean up the area and restock it. Popeyes is right next to it and it seems they share the drink machines so I’m sure that one of at least 6 employees between the both could manage that. Sticky drinks spilled all over the counter, nowhere dry or clean to set your cup down to put on the lids, which were also scarce and a mess. Prices are higher than most, due to being operated by TA and not being a “freestanding” BK. I expected that, I’m used to it when I do grab a bite. This is all the more reason nasty/old oil shouldn’t even be used or an excuse, paying these prices it should be piping hot and fresh. Heads up potential customers: you cannot use the BK app because it’s a TA operation- beware of that. I’d honestly advise you to skip this BK location altogether. It’s a shame this kind of thing happens to anyone, but we basically keep these places funded with fuel/food/truck needs/showers and this happens. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Couldn’t get in touch with Paul today, and corporate is closed on weekends but I have the numbers and names I need for Monday morning bright and early. Photos attached to review to show condition of the space and food. Choose wisely, you’ve been warned. TA- no need for a cookie cutter reply of apologies. Just fix the mess you have there, please. Thanks.

Very rude sales person! Waited from 11:40 to 12:45 am for fuel and pack of cigarettes! Is 2024 people is so necessary to stop everthing for one hour to count the coins? Are you serious? And to owner quit the security guy ! You don’t need it ! Just pay a few dollars more to educated personnel and you’ll never need a security! Because of security your sales are very rude with the costumers! We spend thousands $$ on your gas stations every week! I think we deserve some respect , a little bit! Maybe at least half from how much we respect you! 4/2 to 4/3 the women was very rude and noneducated! Picture is for you! Malboro is silver pack not ultra light! And if someone ask for silver malboro for sure is not gold pack!

Card readers didn't work at any of the gas pumps. Restrooms were very much in need of attention. When I went to the cashier to pay for my fuel, I felt like an inconvenience to her, as she had to get up from sitting on the step stool to ring me out. This place has really gone downhill.

This place is a joke. There is only paid parking which is interesting to get into. Cashier on May 7, 2024 at 9:28 pm was completely rude. We went to get a shower and the machine for whatever reason didn't print the receipt. So my husband went up to ask for help. She reluctantly helped him and after of course, followed up with if you did it right the first time I wouldn't have to help you. She made it seem like he was lying i was standing right besode him when it did it. She was completely rude she then proceeded to make comments as we walk to our shower to her co worker. Very very rude does not know customer service at all.

This is the worst truck stop in the USA. Next time I'd rather stand on the side of the road than drive here. The staff is the worst in the USA. Some people from the staff constantly come to you because of some invented problems. On a boxtruck, I parked next to the bobtails and stood there for a day, but in the evening the security guard got bored and started knocking on my cabin and kicking me out of the parking lot. My boxtruck is shorter than a bobtail and takes up less space, but he started threatening me and kicking me out. Another time I stopped in front of a gas station to take a 30-minute break. But the guard came running and immediately started shouting for me to get out of here. I said that I needed a couple of minutes to finish the break and then he took pictures of me and my truck and began to threaten me that there would be a problem. Is there any kind of management here at all or is it chaos? Or should we deal with your staff ourselves next time? Believe us, we can do it.

TRUCK DRIVERS, don’t make the mistake of stopping here. I did, unfortunately. First off, the whole place is filthy. From the parking lot, to the bathrooms, to where they prepare food. Secondly, they charge for parking. Which, me personally I believe is highway robbery. But I PAID IT anyway. I put my little receipt on the dash like they asked me to. Then the next morning I have a big orange sticker on my truck saying I didn’t pay. It had rained that night so the sticker kind of got soggy making it near impossible to get the gunk off. I‘ll never stop at another TA again anywhere in the whole country.

Seems to be a trend whenever I’m in the south. The cashiers all act like they hate their jobs. I’m not one to give these types of reviews but it’s getting out of control. Anyway, if you want the worst customer service you could ever receive, just come here. The guy at the counter will give you that experience for sure. And for those who want to give them a break because “the pay is bad” or whatever accuse people come up with for being terrible at their jobs, I don’t care. You’re getting paid to do a job. Do it!

Very bad experience. The patrolling guy needs to be professional. No truck driver arrives at a truck stop for a picnic. Have some respect and show decency in doing what you do. There’s a way and manner to say that the truck lot is full. Very unprofessional behaviour. Never seen such kind of behaviour from any truck stop employee. Never stopping here again. Drivers ! Stop somewhere else or even on the side of the road. But keep this truck stop as your last option.

Love TA/Petro - but not this place! It's a sardine can ( I also love fish). But, this not the place go fishing. Keep driving! Truck stops near big cities always a problem. Management does their best, as we do as well.

Place was ok. Hate that pay for parking is king these days but at least it means you’ll find a spot in a pinch. Bathrooms could use some updating. Skipped Popeyes and Burger King because why would anyone eat there. Staff at the register were nice when I said I had trouble with paying for the spot in the app. It’s a TA, if you’re expecting Loves, don’t.

122 spaces to park and 110 are reserved. I’m not paying for reserved at 3p. Lost my business today. Went to polite 2 miles down the road and ate and slept there. They obviously don’t care about reviews or the GM and corporate would be doing something about it.

5/5/24 Came in for coffee around 04:30 a.m. Female employee was emptying one of the coffees. She looked at me as though I was inconveniencing her, stopped, and sat down, waiting for me to get a coffee. Stepped to the register where security was leaning against counter looking at his phone. He told me to use self-checkout. So happy to pay the exorbitant prices in order to be treated like dirt.

Man this place is nasty. Floor looks like it ain’t been mopped in a month, Popeyes and Burger King area is filthy with all dirty tables and old food on the ground. Prices are out of the roof for the food as well. Nearly every spot here is pay to park. The only people that use ta are the people from third world countries that are used to the filth.

Don't even bother stopping here. This place apparently pays for night security (can't even find them after this happened) - but apparently has no cameras over parking area. I refuse to stop here again

I am not hundred percent sure, but this location fuel is not clean. We thought the truck was mixing water, so we changed the injector cup. However, what we found was Whenever we fuel here the water separated get full really fast unlike other locations! ( I used to fuel here 3 to 4 times a week)

For truckers this locations parking spaces are like 75% paid reserved parking. It's not very kind for drivers who's companies don't pay for such parking. It's just something I feel is a bit aggressive after you give them all of your other business.
