Drove in here, exhausted, parked went inside the store to pay reserved parking. Employee did not care to acknowledge me or even talk to me after seeing me. I went back to truck, then sure enough, got a knock once undressed and in bed. I went in to pay, and again, the employee ignores me and engages with a conversation with crazy lady who spends night at the parking lot in her van for 10 minutes! I walked out again and had to notify another employee that I was still waiting just to PAY! And go to sleep! This is the morning shift from 4 - 5 AM! I am standing desperate to pay after undressing dressing, surely $22 to pay for parking to smell urine by the window! Shameless and greedy, knowing parking is unexistent and that we will get ticketed or towed parking anywhere else. And to top off the bad experience, the goulash is $11 and tastes like water! No flavor, no seasoning, disgusting, and outrageous. You should pay me to try to eat that. If you provided a good service and conditions I would not write such a review, but I feel like as a professional driver, I just got robbed and abused! Shame on YOU TA!

If If I could give this place a 0, I would. We stopped around 10PM last night and we were out of drive time hours, and we found at least 4 spots that said "Reserved" and had a cone in each spot. We went in to ask if they had any available spots to pay for parking and they said they were sold out. So we ended up parking off the interstate exit ramp for the night. I went in to the gas station to use the restroom and get some water, and on my way in I noticed the same spots that were empty with a cone were the same as they were last night with no trucks parked in them. I told the cashier and she acted like she didn't care and gave no explanation as to why these spots had a cone but we're not able to be parked in. I would not recommend staying here, and no restaurant when they advertise one. Horrible place.

Very clean facility in my opinion. Showers were clean and hot, free parking was available, and a clean laundry room. I would definitely stop again!

Usually these TA Truck Stops are easy to navigate. Not this one! Confusing getting into the pumps - trucks parked everywhere on the sides and arrows on the pavement don't really take you anywhere. We drive a 40ft motorhome pulling a car and finally decided to go in and get out wherever we could drive thru. Lights are half out so it's very dimly lit, and the ground is black with fuel. That's common but there are definitely cleaner truck stops out there. I wouldn't come here again. PS: I didn't go inside. There was one staff member outside emptying trash at each pump and he was very nice and friendly.

The showers are poorly maintained. The shower handles barely work and only offer freezing, cold, or Luke warm water temperatures. The truck parking lot is small and is paid parking only. The employees have rude attitudes. I don’t ever plan on stopping here again.

Avoid if at all possible, very limited free parking, and the reserved parking is one the industry highest at $22.00 a day, very limited food choices because the restaurant sign is still flying as if opened but it is not . If you can wait for a better place to park with food and of course, free parking and one that doesn't charge $22.00 a day which is higher than Gary, Indiana or New York, is probably your best bet.

I want the owner of this place to know what a disgrace you are to the drivers who need a place to park and get our much needed REST!!! , so we do not kill ourselves or someone else by falling asleep at the wheel. I had to stop here because I ran out of time btw, is 14 hours for us, and theres really no where to park in this area without getting ticketed for it or told to move . It was around 2300, I parked where I could, went inside and asked are there any spots available to purchase, Nope, all booked. Ok, if someone leaves can I then pay for a spot, nope, system doesn't reset till 4 a.m. where are parked at now? On the other side of the fuel islands along with 5 other trucks which is out of the way, OH your in a bad spot. UNBELIEVABLE! I have a wife and two boys who depend on me and who I'd like to make it back home to at the end of the week. I forgive you and want you to know I am a servent of the Lord God Almighty Jesus Christ and ive asked him to change your heart about this! I hope you make the right choice!

Make you pay 22$ for parking and can't keep the restaurant open charge 2.59 for a refill on coffee so stupid

Another TA going to down the dumps, no restaurant and no coffee. While the person behind the counter is more interested in her phone then doing her job. I even had to tell her she had customers while she was outside on her phone. Thanks TA your pushing me more n more to take my business to Love’s, where I do get greeted and there is never no coffee or an employee on their phone. PUT THE PHONE DOWN!!!! Do the job your hired to do.

This is ridiculous lot's of parking but it's $22 and I looked at the free parking and their's only 15 parking spots that are free I just spent $38 for parking and a hot shower. This Ta is greedy for money and if it wasn't for truck drivers keeping this business going you wouldn't be in business. Stop taking advantage of truck drivers we spend a lot of money here between fuel and maintenance on our trucks!! Never again will I park my semi here ?

the place has a very complex parking lot especially with a diesel pumps there all the way to the end and then you got to go way all the way back to the entrance to actually get out that is not a plus I like the fact that there is a lot of parking but it's like all over the place slightly hard to get the angle correctly inside the place is not too big I do like that inside there's a Country Pride and overall I do recommend this place for a long stay. I gave this place three stars just because they should have made a better way of Distributing the parking lot or at least make a second exit or an entrance to this place and if there is I still haven't found it yet.

Got late, a lot of trucks came in, lined up by scale and entryway, hope you charged everybody for parking, golf cart boy making rounds

TERRIBLE accommodations for truckers. The driver's Lounge has seating for less than eight people, there are no Outlets whatsoever, terrible place to stay for any length of time for being a trucker.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is friendly but, corporate making all spots except 15 spots $22.00 per night and rumor has it going to all parking paid parking. This is a truck stop. We get fuel, buy products inside, get work done etc etc and you can't offer free parking?! Nothing like screwing over the people that makes you money. You might as well become bucees. I'll never return..

This place is a dump. It’s $22 to park (about 75% of lot is PAID parking) the country pride has been closed for over a year. Just head south on 65 to the loves, it’s much better.

This place used to be a nice truck stop years ago, but not anymore. The parking lot during the night is full with 18 wheelers or bobtails and hardly find an empty spot. During the day poolers are leaving their vehicles here. The fuel for some reason is always more expensive than other gas stations, usually about 50 cents above average, as well as almost everything they sell inside the store. If you're willing to take a shower, prepare to pay $14 for it! It's funny, in some places I saw motel rooms for 30 bucks, where you can take as many showers as you want, rest for a while, etc, etc. The restaurant seems to be history. Other than that, no complain. The store, as well as the restrooms, are clean, the staff is very respectful to its customers.

Need to take your lying signs down. There is absolutely no restaurant here. TAKE YOUR SIGNS DOWN STOP WAISTING PEOPLES TIME!!!!!! ?????? THIS IS TWICE TODAY!!!!!!!

Avoid This TA... no go for free parking. $22@17:00 on a Monday! Staff is horribly rude, restroom smells like piss. Staff is too concerned with collecting the fee for parking to clean!
