CADD Truck Parking Lot is a proud family owned business that was established in July of 2018, we are native West Texans who understand the challenges of safe, secure, and reliable parking in our area but as we have come along we have discovered that parking in trucking industry is a challenge everywhere and that is why we want and plan to expand into other areas to provide as many truckers and trucking outfits with everyday practical and efficient solutions.
We are very faith orientated which is one of the reasons why we believe that we provide a fair and just service, we strive to make all of our customers parking experience the best parking experience that they have had.

The positives : nice big yard for truck parking, assigned spaces, nice "lounge", vending machines, washers and dryers. The negatives : more costly then I what I was looking to spend, front "security gate" is often left open/doesn't work. Biggest negative and the very reason I chose to spend more then I wanted to...showers. This place does have a shower, but charges $1/minute? Wait! What? I totally understand charging more for truck parking to pay for these amenities, but to charge for using said amenities, plus charge more for parking?? The shower was the sole reason for my choosing CADD. Nowhere in the description or reviews made mention of this important fact! If you're considering CADD, do your research. That's about all...
Nice place, they have vending machines, bathrooms, a huge parking lot, cameras and so much more, however the gates are open all time! The owner is super nice and gentle. He is paying attention to details and calls. Definitely a place to come back.
Really enjoying doing business with Cadd! I've been parking both of my trucks here for over a year.. the place is very clean and very well kept up.. Owner is a very helpful guy and willing to help with whatever he can! The customer service is GREAT which in my book is always a plus! Will continue to do business here.
I’ve been parking here for a year and a half, I’ve had nothing but a good experience. Security is a big concern for us due to cost of equipment we use and they have security cameras everywhere here. Pricing is very reasonable, having onsite showers and laundry machines is also a plus. The owner goes out of his way to check up on us and has even gave us good recommendations for other services we have needed like a window guy and welder who’s pricing was also very reasonable.
Professional and considerate. Came home for PTO and getting parking was easy and alleviated concerns for a stress free vacation.
Met the owner. He was great to help me out with some short term parking for the night. It looks like they have really cool facilities that look to be well kept and clean. Really appreciate all of their help.
I'm glad I found cadd truck parking, great amenities (shower, lounge, air pumps to fill your tire) and you can even order parts from fleetpride delivered here..not to mention it's 3.5 miles from flying j...Go check it out you won't be disappointed.
