very clean and showers had Hot water ?? big parking area and employees are friendly IF u park in a RESERVED parking make sure u have ur receipt on the window cuz ur boy ain’t playing 9:30 pm and i was woken up by someone screaming ? he was waking everyone up next to me checking for proof of reservation. This was a first for me seeing a security guard patrolling the parking lot?

Large area. Has 200 parking spaces and 50 reserved spaces. Be sure to make reservations. This is a secure location. Security comes around every hour or more. They have home style meals (meatloaf, chicken, etc). There is also a Denny's. Pretty quiet. Safe and happy travels!

Great price on gas today! Place was well laid out and clean. Friendly staff too. One thing I really like is their long handled windshield washers. Make it a lot easier washing the windows of trucks. Thanks!

Pulled into this location and pumped $400 worth of fuel! Park and went inside took a shower! Bought a coffee and $15 worth of snacks! But was charged $.60 for an empty cup! These people really appreciate truck drivers. Let me tell you!! Black, redheaded manager, let her boo-boo in front of me have a coffee though! Literally right in front of me, but I had to pay for an empty cup

Came in to feul and grab a bite. Blonde lady in black shirt training the new hire today was genuinely nice and so polite. Forgot to get her name. A manager I'm assuming cus of the black shirt. Definitely the best customer service I've experienced at a Flying J / Pilot. I was extremely groggy n tired and I usually hate dealing with people on days like this lol but she put me in a better mood for sure!

Stopped in for fuel & tixs. Machine got jammed and Lori & Jennifer were very helpful. Husband said bathroom was very clean.

Was here a day and a half and spent plenty of money. Most of the staff was nice. Then the day I leave one employee got upset I notified them I saw a roach on the coffee counter. Just trying to notify you some you can curb any problems you may have.

I have been watching this girl since Saturday. She got out of her car to feed and walk her dog. She wasn't panhandling or prostituting. Just a homeless person minding her own business. I looked over this afternoon and she was out on the ground with a cop there. She overdosed. They took her in an ambulance and took her dog away. They towed her car. Plates were from PA. That made me sick. This young girl is living in her car, with a drug problem, and you take away everything she has left?? Hopefully she gets the help she needs, but what about when she gets released? Kinda like let's save your life to destroy it even more!?!? Can we not do better as humans? But on a positive note, Amanda is a great asset to your team. She really gets what customer service is all about!!

Came to eat at the Denny's the waitress mrs. Linda best service I've had in my life and i eat out several times a week. Unforgettable

Placed kept very clean restrooms, laundry room,waiting room and all around customer service is excellent best of all plenty of parking for trucks lots of fule lanes keep up the great work Flying J morning staff for any one looking at the pizza warning do not get it heartburn city greasy and way to expensive 2 slices for over 5 bucks and the afternoon flying j staff do not welcome you in or smile bad service ?also 12 bucks a shower ?

Shower 6 doesn't have a working keypad lock. The shower doesn't drain fast enough. I didn't ask for a bath.

I come this truckstop 15 years I see today security very bad they need to change this guy for no reason he telling me to move for my parking spot. This is not reserve parking

I usually get the spicy skillet,that's my favorite but this visit I was disappointed. The cook apologize for messing up my food and told me it's coming and she clocked out and left. They didn't have the red potatoes or the chorizo sausage,used fries instead that tasted old and it looked like they just thru my meal together anyway seen fit to get me out the door. I drive trucks so whenever I'm in the Amarillo area I'll stop. The staff is friendly but I won't let one bad experience stop me from going. I'll give places twice to mess up before I won't visit again. It never had looked like this before...???
