Starting with one location in 1958 to becoming the largest travel center network in North America, we’ve never lost sight of what’s important – taking care of our guests! At Pilot Flying J, we believe it's essential to give back to our communities that have given so much to us. We are committed to supporting local, regional and industry non-profit and charitable organizations. From the beginning, our founder instilled a spirit of community and philanthropy into our company. It is our privilege to give back by supporting causes that are important to our business and communities we serve. We encourage our team members to be active in their communities, whether that is volunteering or being there to serve first responders after a natural disaster.

I asked for 7 copies to be printed and had to wait 35 minutes for their printer to work. After waiting extremely patiently I finally got my copies. The lady at the desk had the audacity to charge me $3.25 for the copies after waiting that long. I also just spent $364 in fuel! Horrible service here, that lady has no common sense. Next time that happens you better not charge a truck driver anything!
I stopped by here to fill up and it wasn't bad at the pump the parking lot looked pretty clean. The issue with this travel center is the Men's restroom, it's nasty I rather pee in a bottle before using the facilities here. I don't know about the women's restroom, most of the time it's better than the men's. I didn't purchase any food because it looked dried out, but the staff was okay. Please address the Men's restroom!
The manager went up to my husband to ask him to move. She was rude and called him entitled little prick and to learn to drive as she could clearly see other trucks parked around too. He had already told her he was moving there was no need for her to be rude. It's people like that that make being OTR hard. These men are out there away from home and all they want is to rest. If you k own your truck stop has issues wt space because of construction the least you can do is ask nicely and let them move. No need for threats or Unnecessary comments. You did your job let them know allow them time to move it's a huge truck wt trailer!!! And definitely don't put them down. Horrible experience!!!!
I am wondering why truck drivers like to go fuel and park Flying J Truck stop. This truckstop is all reserved only few parking are Not Reserved Parking. Driver are paying for the fuel, Get drinks and food from the store and they were forced to pay the parking or get out of the parking lot. Its Very unfortunate to Truck driver to come to Truckstop like this Flying and fet them tge business and The reward you get is to get out and look for somewgere else to park your rruck its Easy to Say " I need your business and I dont like to see you" Truck drivers please avoid fueling and parking Flying J all over the United State until they get the truck drivers free parking. Thanks.
If you want to see a lot of "out of service or out of order" signs you are on perfect place. Typical pilot-flying j truck stop. More or less nothing is working. Stuff is kind.
Pretty decent Flying J. Truck parking is a little limited, but I found a free spot at around 5pm which is always a plus. The staff was super friendly and suggested some great eateries in the area.
I don't have anything against paid parking. But if the company is going to tear up half the parking lot, it shouldn't make you pay to park. Also no showers because building had no hot water. I give the cashier 5 stars, she was very pleasant and friendly.
I love this truckstop/diner! Best gas prices. Good coffee. Clean bathrooms. Good chicken strips and pizza. They have a hot-food bar, and there's an adjoining "Denny's". They also have clean showers, I've used them before. Feels safe. 24 hours. I always stop here on my way to East Texas.
Very good experience no waiting pay at pump fuel not bad good coffee not the healthiest deli but I'm guessing this is what truck drivers have to eat no wander why we're so unhealthy
As of late January 2024 there is some construction in then parking lot. So less parking available. Arrived at 1800 only spots available were the reserved parking. Other the that this place is fine.
I’m always here good place to park grab a bite, also this is high oilfield area so slow down some and be safe
Like thank Kaitlyn for helping me out when a-hole truckers wouldn't move from the reserved spot that they didn't pay for
Pilot flying J you are some greedy people you decide to add a shop at this location and loose 50 parking spots and then you wanna turn around and add 30 or more paid parking spots to what you already when is enough enough you say you care for the drivers and that the drivers are who got you to where you are at then you do this to them you should be ashamed of yourselves
Showers we the cleanest I've seen in a long time. Guy named John does a great job and tried to keep as many ready as possible. Water pressure was awesome and didn't lose great. Deli food actually looked fresh, rare for Flying J's in my experience.
Due to construction there are a lot less spaces than before, plus they designated a lot of formerly free spots as reserved, so there's less than half the free spots as there used to be
The owner of this place seems to be shipper than a wind mill. AC is on? Is hot inside. It is the only pilot-flying j that charge for a cup of ice ???
