I agree with ALL the one star reviews, past and present. Evidently corporate doesn't care because over the course of years, nothing improved! I took a picture of the rotten bananas for sale. If you zoom in, you'll see the fly trap placed right behind. Throw out the breeding ground, how about that!? Besides those flys travel. To McD, Subway and your own open food! This place is a health hazard all the way around! ??

Many times you have to wait for coffee around 30 minutes.Mostly you will see coffee pots empty.But coffee refills expensive than all USA.price $2.48 !!! Sucks drivers

The reviews are correct. This is the dirtiest Pilot I've ever seen. The bathrooms have very clearly not been cleaned in ages. These two pictures don't do it justice. It is awful in every stall and even at the sinks. You have to step around garbage to get through the bathroom, and it is noticeably filthy everywhere.

Its gotten better in terms of staff, Subway and McDonald's. There is a lot of reserved parking and on mornings and nights, showers are far better than the long lines during the day. The location is placed well with a lot of foot traffic. For me, this is to be expected. They gat some indian stuff I've been seeing from other pilots. They r good. A lot of calories tho. Subway's cleanliness has gone up. Food is not bad or rotting on the counter and the guy serving is courteous. Front desk has a cool guys too. Responsible, respectful and kind. Things are looking up and seem to be going up from the last time I came here. I'll update as I keep visiting here. Update 5/18/23 Drivers here are still dunder heads. Day cabs are parking on free spots and trailers are being dropped without consequences.

Parking Lot is being fixed ... so there's very limited parking ... IHOP is closed ☹️ Since this place is usually packed .... long wait for shower

Place is new , but the average trucker has no common sense do not go here. You will get confused watching these fools. The exit is in the backside

Showers are not cleaned, just dried. Toilet had poop on the seat. Fan covered in dirt. parking lot is so dirty, you have to walk around pee puddles and trash. App doesn't work. lots of parking. Inside looks great. you can tell the employees are super unhappy.

Update: manager said he will try to find more people for 3rd shift so the showers and other things will be operational. So updating to 3 stars until I see improvement. Management needs to hire RELIABLE staff, not someone that shows up part-time. It’s ridiculous that us truckers can’t get a shower on the weekends because the maintenance guy calls out all the time. It’s unfair to us truck drivers because of maintenance not showing up and management lack of managing. Debbie is a delight and she managed very well under pressure considering she was the only one working and she had customers constantly. If you (GM) can’t hire reliable employees, I’m sure corporate can do your job for you and then replace you with someone that can do your job better.

To many Bob tales taking up space, multiple dropped trailers thru out. Only reserves available. Bon tales have plenty of other spots they can park, no one at facility cared unless you park on reserve and didn't pay. Even tho they have signs thru out property 'no dropped trailers, will be towed at owners expense'

It's clean the associates who work are very nice and polite. Rainbow was outstanding when I asked about a batch of wings she got on it right away and made me some fresh wings. She's very calm, cool, collected and very professional! It means alot especially being a Trucker being out on the road for days at a time it's great to have someone like Rainbow taking care of our needs as professional drivers!

Parking here is a joke. People park here, then go home. There are people in school buses living in the parking lot. No security around. There's no real, healthy food here. The employees and the managers don't care about the customers or the upkeep on the facility

Since IHop is closed, your only 2 options for food are McDonalds and Subway, unless you’re willing to Doordash food. The truck parking lot is huge but very limited all thanks to truckers that live in the area use the lot as their personal parking lot.

The worst managed pilot I've beento in awhile. It takes an hour for the old guy to clean 5 showers, and the manager is unwilling to get other staff to do extra to help move things along. Why is he even on shower detail? Staff is nice unless you ask questions about anything. Avoid this place

It was an early stop for us. The bathrooms were clean. It was a bit busy. I got quite a few snacks and even some caramel popcorn to bring home to the kids. They have a McDonalds here that is only doing drive-thrus and take-outs. The dining area is restricted. They are practicing safe distance here. They are well stocked.

Edit: Dec 2021, has gone down hill again. Manager very rude, dread going into their filthy bathrooms. ——- —-Yah! This place is working hard to improve! New, very professional workers. I now go and all in the same visit there is: soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, French vanilla creamer, and hot chocolate. — The 2 gentlemen who I saw cleaning the showers tonight bring this rating from a 1 star to a 4 star. Twice I’ve had to shower here, both times the showers were very clean, clean towels, and hot water. — Truckers beware: Not only are four pumps not working, the satellite pump did not work, so today I could only fill one half of my truck. I did not have time to drive around and get back into the long lines, and, because my company requires me to go to Pilot, I have little choice. — Today they had four (4) fuel bays out of order :( —- YET AGAIN: Yep, today no toilet paper, no French vanilla creamer and no hot chocolate. I have to stop here, to scale my load before I hit the road and go over a DOT scale. If you can, go somewhere else. —- UPDATE: Now, not only cant I get coffee with French Vanilla creamer, it’s out...but pumps 17 and 20’s key pads do not work. So, that’s extra wasted time for the trucker. Choose Loves or TA just north of Denton. Or Loves about 25 miles south of here. —- THE worst Pilot I’ve ever been to. It is on my route as a trucker. Everyday there is either no toilet paper, or soap, or paper towels. The coffee yesterday tasted like burnt plastic. Every-single-time there is no French Vanilla creamer...every single time! So, get hot chocolate...nope, machine not working. The night shift keeps things stocked and are kind. The week day shift don’t care and the male manager has an attitude. The weekend (Sunday) male manger is nice. I wish there was a Love’s truck stop near by, they’re always stocked and clean.

Anthony Davis is a great guy with a caring ❤️ as I pulled n2 the fuel island my truck caught fire I spent the nx 2 hours working on it thot I had it fix n developed a fuel leak Anthony barricaded my truck with plastic barricades making it safer 4 me absolutely a warm hearted sole many many thanx
