This is a very nice travel center. It has a Moe's Southwest Grill inside. I haven't seen one of these restaurants in a long time since they moved out of Houston many many years ago. They have a lot of different types of merchandise to choose from. They got a pretty good food selection. There's also a Lonestar Charley's family restaurant inside. The manager asked me why I was taking pictures and I told her it was for a Google review. I don't see what the big deal is but whatever. Hey Miss manager, I left you a positive review just like I said I would. ???
Came here for shower and dinner. After holding my breath through that nasty bathroom, I completely lost my appetite! Every corner of the shower, including the hallway leading to it was disgusting to say the least! No way was I gonna consume any food off this property! Hair all over the floors, wastebasket full of someone else’s trash, ceiling leaking water from the “ventilation” vent! How is this place still in business? And clearly this has been going on for months cause just look at the other reviews! My god Pilot ???
Rating 4.1? People, are you kidding? Were you in the shower, in the toilet? There is a fungus on the walls and on the ceiling. This station can be sued because you can't breathe that air. I'm afraid to imagine what's going on in the kitchen…

Horrible shower, dirtiest I’ve ever had so far. Had them clean it before I could even shower in what was supposed to already be clean. Only cleaned shower even after I asked, and everything else was nasty also. roof leaked and had black mold growing on it. Do not recommend. We as truckers pay for these showers and it was a complete nasty disaster that we should not have to deal with!

Worst pilot ever, there is lots of roaches behind the coffee machine, when I try to get a little video all went behind machine/inside the hole This store manages and everyone’s need to get fired. Also health department need really pay attention places like this they sell foods and drink for people
I stopped here for the night. I went to shower. I waited for a "clean" shower. I was standing in the store and watched the guy just take the used towel and wipe the floor and nothing else. The sink had used soap in it and the toilet had "stuff" In it, and the toilet seat was nasty. Thankfully I grabbed an extra towel and cleaned it myself. I always carry sanitizer for nasty places like this.
"PARK YOUR TRUCK,COME INSIDE AND GET A CLEAN HOT SHOWER".Never heard it at the Lufkin Pilot,and I know why.Showers are nasty and luke warm water.Keep Truckin!!!!!
This pilot could be so much better, yet they have lost the desire to operate a good business. The showers are old and dirty, the store is dirty. It's in a treat location and could be a help to drivers since there are plenty of restaurants near by. I hesitate to recommend it due to the lack of care in the upkeep of the facilities.
This place is a joke. It’s like playing Russian roulette trying to find a gas pump that takes your card outside. I went to 5 different pumps and all of them told me to see the cashier inside. If I wanted to go inside I would go inside. And don’t get me started on the rewards program. It’ll act like it scanned your code but none of it goes onto your actual account. When you go inside and use the code the 3¢ off does nothing. I paid $70 used the code and it didn’t make it any cheaper, so naturally I thought “oh they just gave me more gas” but no. At the time $70 translated to 20.1 gallons. If It had used the 3¢ off the total gallon amount would have been 20.3 gallons. When I notified the staff of this they just said “we know”. Management needs to be serious about the issues at this place. Needless to say I will be purchasing gas elsewhere.
It was a clean truck stop. Surprised they had 2 restaurants. Ate at a taco place called Moe southwest. It was good. Only downside was a foul smell coming from men bathroom. Beside that everything was cool
The outside looks better than inside this pilot is horrible showers is old and dirty they don’t change shower curtain everything is old water barely was cold. Took 2hrs to shower they only have 4 showers ? smh the store is nasty ? overall smh .. I’m not goin talking about that dirty MOE’s lol you will see lol the glass so dirty u can’t see the food lol .

I loved it. Ate a burrito at Moes. Friendly helpful staff ,good food awesome chips and salsa, what's not to love. Check out those smiles, almost as warm as the salsa.
