Nice staff clean spot but it's parking lot is full of construction pot holes for the truck drivers as of right now. For warned to those coming through

The nice lady Shaun that work in MC Donald’s is so nice! I ordered a Mc griddle but my nose was smelling that famous steak bagel. I exchanged and got what I wanted. Thanks Shaun for being so professional and polite!

Cleaning staff is too lazy. Instead of cleaning showers they love to talk with each other. I wait 30 minutes even nobody was infront of me. Staff needs to learn some ethics. They are just wasting drivers time.

it has all the services but the water on the shower never got warm or hot, it was cold, and is not really a cold day,(so if is cold what's gonna happen?)not sure why but that is a big failed, had to get a cowboy shower, fast and barely there, wasn't looking forward to have a cold shower in the morning

This is easily one of the cleanest pilot out there I don't usually do a reviews but the stuff was good Miranda was fantastic she was cleaning everything everything was perfect so I recommend come take a visit

Stopped by for gas and a pit stop. The restrooms are rough or just plain bad. The store is ok and the staff is ok. The store seems to be going down hill quickly. To much traffic but this is changing since other stations are in the area now. They have a McDonald's attached.

What a mess. Looks good from the outside then I got my shower walk in and dirty towels everywhere obviously wasn't reset. Soda machine and coffee overflowing. Definitely on the lower end of expectations.

Convenient stop off the Hwy. They have a big selection of food and drinks.

At first I gave it a B+ because I had only used the shower. But when I came out to the food and drink area I was disappointed. Very neglected. So was the soda and coffee area. They need me here. Kelly, a nehind the counter Associate, gives great customer service even though he was workng a back to back shift, he was still pleasant and full of positive energy. Beware of these con artists selling bunk electronics. Managed to get a picture of one of the guys. They drove off in a black suv. They used to work the Americold in Dallas off Catron. There may still be a Google Maps review warning about them for that location. They've been at their hustle for years with the guy pictured wearing the same Best Buy shirt in an attempt to give them credibility. Talk about desperate. They hustle truck drivers into buying bogus electronics. If you are the kind to buy stuff on the street from random strangers I guess you kind of deserve it, but this may help an unsuspecting honest person avoid getting ripped off.

Amazing! Great spot, Great atmosphere, Amazing BBQ and the best soft serve ice cream I've ever had. And I'm a fat guy...that means something!!

Biggest problem I have is the congestion around fuel pumps. There is just no room to maneuver, entrance gets blocked and trucks are waiting to turn in and and block traffic on service road. Staff very pleasant and restroom was clean.

I JUST GAVE AN EXCELLENT REVIEW ON ANOTHER PILOT,HOWEVER THIS ONE HERE IS GARBAGE TYPICAL TINY PILOT,UNORGANIZED,HARDLY NO PRESSURE IN SHOWERS LONG WAIT,OH AND ONLY 1 WASHER AND IT'S OUT OF ORDER OF COURSE,,MORE THAN HALF THE TRUCK PARKING IS FOR RESERVE (GREEDY) THIS IS RIDICULOUS,,AND NO TEAM WORK,,PLACE JUST SUCKS..WISH I WOULD OF WAITED TO GET $800. WORTH OF FUEL,,OH ALMOST FORGOT HAD TO PAY $22.00 TO PARK THAT IS INSANE DAMN CROOKS,,I WILL DEF TAKE MY BUSYNESS ELSE WHERE..!!!..ADIOS AMIGOS..!!

I stop here on my way home to get drinks and fuel for my car sometimes. The ladies here are usually pretty nice. Even though I drive semi tractor and trailer and live really close, I never park here. I pay and park in Dallas instead the truck parking just a little to shady for me. But this freaking food looks crazy. Biggest Wiener I've ever seen ? ?

Clean restrooms , super nice cashiers Dont mess with texas reserve spots they knock until you wake up and get out Park early cause it gets full.

The staff is nice and the store is good but the pumps are problematic. You’re only lucky if the pump ever actually prints a receipt and the locks on the pumps are always jumping off, forcing me to manually hold it on there when I could be otherwise doing other things. Im not saying this based on one visit, I come here a lot due to proximity and so this is a constant issue that happens all the time.
