Not complains at all. It's a very organized store, with a friendly cashier. I use their showers and spend a night on they parking lot a couple of times already. It's a small parking person. I recommend re paint lines on the parking lot. It seems like a mass sometimes, when drivers just park like dummies everywhere. 1Q about showers.. drivers, it's just me or water got a smell, like stinksor old faucet?

Staff are very nice and helpful. Clean showers but the laundry machines suck. Most are broke and the others will take your money. They haven't upgraded to card readers yet which the desperately need to do.

Just another pilot that don't care about customer service. So when they thought they could force me to use self check out I went to TA. Maybe if they would actually do their jobs I would make a purchase. I really don't care if corporate wants a 78% self check out usage. I refuse to use it so you lost my business at this location

Cool people at night. This place has showers which is something I've never heard of. McDonald's next door and free wifi. Good place to stop if your traveling.

Yup the McDonald's was terrible I asked for a fresh 20 piece they tried to give me soggy ones came back ask for "fresh ones" they poured the ones they had given me back into their warmer went down a shelf and gave me those sigh and then they spilled them on the tray below tried to cover that they dropped them and still gave them to.me....but to make this interaction funny as hell wash the little old lady knew EXACTLY why I was coming back and just pointed me in the direction I needed to go lol SERIOUSLY CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE lol pizza was cooked to perfection though hot case wasn't full ****PILOT employees..***** IF YOU DONT KEEP WATER UP IN YOUR HOT CASE THE FOOD WILL DRY OUT AND GET GROSS....

Awful showers by pilot standards broken shower head and poor water pressure/temperatures shower 7. Morning staff already tired and they have only just started shift overheard them talking poorly about customers (older man and older lady). And batrooms surprised me because they were nuked no cleaning between 4am and 7:20am. The staff at McDonald’s had better attitudes surprisingly and they were slammed.

This time I 'm give them 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ just because of the morning staff, they smiling, kind, happy and respecful. The shower was super clean, the store was full of people, new Coffee... But... At night is a different story; every time I come OMG, they destroy my mood, the do not know who to work with costumers, they hate costumers, showers are dirty, cold dood, not Coffee. So, this is a friendly invitation to come only at morning!

⚠️TRUCKERS.⚠️ CHECK your food from McDonald’s here & at EVERY truck stop BEFORE you leave!!! They like to SCHEME on truckers knowing we can’t go back to get our order right, because we’re on a set time out here!!! BOTH of my DOUBLE MEAT hamburgers that cost MORE then 1 patty hamburgers, had ONE patty on them. So $3, to get SPIT IN THE FACE basically. Scamming 20 truckers/travelers out of $3+ an hour ADDS UP & THEY KNOW THIS! This is NOT the 1st or 2nd time truck stops have done this to me.. Just pathetic owners who can’t make an honest living.

Nice showers the only problem is the water is just warm. They have like 7 showers. They have really good icees here. And the store is clean. The staff is friendly. McDonald's is here also.

The manager really needs to step it up with the Mens bathroom.. Was super nasty @5:30 am 7-13-19. All the seats had piss on them and the floors looked ugly like they forgot how to take care of the place..

Very very rude cashier at night. Two ladies at night and both don’t know how to talk with customers. Never ever come here again.

the gas pumps are janky + trash everywhere and every few minutes a mans voice on the speakers outside advertising to the truckers is loud enough to hurt the ears and startle you

Stopped to use the restrooms and grab a soda as well as a Cinnabon. They are being renovated, so no Cinnabon and no soda unless you want a bottle. They only have a small selection. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was nice. We were towing a small trailer, so we had to park our of the road in the first since they don't have anywhere to park small trailers. When the renovations are done, I'm sure it will be a nice stop.

Everything I needed was available here. I enjoyed stopping here and took one night sleep.

You have to know the places to go on and off the Highways, stop here for gas, shopping and good people to help you with your needs. Stop in today!!!!
