I never thought I would give a love gas station such a low score, I have never had a problem in practically any of their establishments. I always eat my food and use the showers, but here they have signs that do not allow Box Truck, Sprinter Van, Bodcat, I still went in because I always bathe and eat my food, for I am a customer and one of security came and told me that I can be a customer but by order of the Manager I couldn't stay and that if I went down to ask for a shower they would call a bad tow truck, as I consider myself an intelligent and peaceful person I decided to leave, I'm not going to consume where they don't want me either, but this is disgusting, for a gas station to say what kind of. vehicles enter. Love as the owner of this franchise should sanction this store. Recommendation, if you have this type of vehicle, do not enter this store, go to another, because it is not worth feeding them with what you consume, when it has rules as stupid as these.

This guy is the reason why rent a cops and security get bad names it’s not his property and he was only being nice on camera I got out the way “in the fire zone” I backed up so I would no longer be in the fire lane waiting on a driver that was going to leave in 5 minutes! after I talked to another driver ready to leave the security guy said I need to leave now Iam trespassing he gave my parking away because he said the guy has first priority “that just pulled up” I then talked to the manager and he said there’s no such thing “as first priority I eventually had to leave because he gave my spot away trying to call the police I hope loves fires this guy because he told others the same thing Iam telling you watch out for this guy very disrespectful, rude, and is going to hurt someone because he’s on a power trip I will be reposting this on Google as well this security company needs better training with young men like this

The store itself was clean and well stocked but as usual only one employee waiting on customers at check out. The parking lot across the street looks like a homeless camp. Trash everywhere and dead rats!

Pulled in at 10am expecting to get a spot. No parking at all trucks are even blocking other trucks from leaving. People parked at gas pumps not even pumping gas waiting for parking spots to open. This place is good for fueling that's it don't expect to be able to park and get a shower. Trucks parked in the road not in a spot will be kicked out by police.

this place sucks, the security sucks, there's dirt everywhere, the custom service sucks, it's a problem to get a shower with a loyalty card, I don't recommend visiting this place

Worst Loves in the whole country! Dirty, horrible management, rude employees, the showers are a joke and now they're blocking bobtails, and cargo vans from parking there. Driver's deserve better.

If it were possible to give less than one star, I most certainly would, in the past have I been carded for shower service, now , and most recently, the staff were rude, and refused to sell alcohol, despite being WELL above the Legal age to partake, at 1:15am. Saying that they refuse to sell alcohol past 12 am! Absolutely shoddy establishment!

The only reason that I'm giving them one star is because I have to in order to write this review otherwise I would have given them a negative 5000 stars. They stole from me and laughed about it in my face. I went into cash in my scratch tickets which was $15 in winners and the clerk gave me three $5 bills and one of them completely fell apart when I took the money out to buy my subway (which is in the same building) and I walked back over to the cashier that it gave me that $5 bill and she said that there was absolutely nothing that they could do to replace the bill which they had just given to me. When the manager came over she laughed and said that there was nothing that they could do. I then had to leave because I was so mad I knew I was going to do something crazy.

This place does not allow over night parking! They made me and the truck I was escorting leave. They had a police out there just knocking on truck windows making them leave. They stayed they only have a hour parking rule. I'm going to assume that something bad has recently taken place there because I've never seen anything like that at any Loves that we're stopped at or stayed the night at. Needless to say I will never go back to that location!

2/14/24: I changing my review from one star too a 5 star because they took the time too reach out too me and listen and make things right. A lot of companies don’t do that. I’m happy that corporation like LOVES care. 2/16/24 well back to square one. Corporate who is supposed to talk to the store never did. They never got no msg from them for the promise that was made to me

So if you drive a van there is parking for you here but it is limited. They have designated ares for vans and bobtail along the side and some in the back. But this place fills up FAST. and if you are not in one of the designated ares security will come out and make you leave. On a plus note there is a rest area about two minutes away that is a good place to park for the night but it also fills up very very quickly.

Everything was clean! Got a sandwich and got to talk with Regina while she prepared our food! One of the kindest and sweetest people, had a wonderful experience :)

This used to be decent, but it's worthless at night. Get your fuel and gtfo. Fuel island was down (pumps out of order), so I parked behind it for my 30 minute break. Freaking rent a cop kicked me out. Said to come back at 4am. It's 8:30pm now. He apparently doesn't know the difference between a local driver in a day cab and an OTR driver in a sleeper. I wasn't in anybody's way. Was going to fuel up, but screw it. I'll fuel elsewhere.

Not enough parking!!!! Need thousands more truck parking in Seattle Washington area!

Newly Remodeled. Everything is set up nicely and easy to find. During the day you have 3 restaurant options; Subway, Godfathers Pizza or Chesters Chicken. Late night it is only Subway. Parking for both tractor only and tractor trailer ( somebody was thinking) . Good place to get some rest and fuel up.
