So I’m standing at the cash register and the lady is playing with some rubber band tied to a utility knife instead of helping me always help the customers first. It leaves a bad impression that you don’t really care so for that I give them two stars.

Friendly staff. Anita smiles and is very pleasant to ask questions with. Working hard at stocking & customer service. Huge parking lot with plenty of spaces for weary travelers and pit stop people. Large dog park with a couple of sides for different size dogs. Lots of green grass. Many snack and food choices. Standard to Loves. Only minus, zero window fluid at my pump. Let the operations manager, Anita know. She’s handling it promptly. Had to borrow the squeegee from a different pump. In this weather with bug splats baking in gotta keep the window clear for safety. My Jeep between Loves stations gets caked in bugs. Especially at night I’m barely able to see through the mashed insect layer. Other than this great stop.

My review is mixed. I LOVE that Love's had the forethought to put in a DOG PARK!! However, sadly, they did not plant grass (like they did around the dog park), they used turf. Why does this matter? Well, the first few minutes, it didn't, but then I realized both of my dogs were lifting each of their paws, one at a time. When I put my own foot on the ground . . . OUCH!! IT WAS HOT!! They have great picnic tables and benches, but absolutely no shade, for either people or their canine friends. We ended up going OUTSIDE the Dog Park and chose to sit in the wet grass, under the shade of the LOVE'S sign to enjoy our travel break..

Great location for a break. Dog Park is well kept and has two large areas, for small and large dogs. Highly recommend stopping here if you have a dog while traveling.

Clean restrooms! We traveled from Washington to Iowa and stopped at several Love's travel stops along the way. They were consistently clean, and organized. You can buy just about anything you might need while you're road trippin' and then some, including fans and paper towel holders made from deer antlers and other kitchey tings. Only thing that was a little irritating was the loud speaker call out for open showers. It was very loud overhead. Overall, good experience at Loves ❤️.

Legitimately the kindest employees here that I’ve ever met at a truck stop. Thanks for helping me out when I couldn’t get the air pumps to work properly. They got me back on the road! Very nice employees went above and beyond

Well needed for sure. Parking lot is small wish there was more spots but still not bad. Nice dog park as well

Reviews concerning rudness are spot on young lady at the main desk was both rude And a smart aleck wieghs about 400 and seems to not give a hoot about being nice my advice is go sign up with Jenny Craig lose the wieght as well as the attitude

I'm so grateful for the bean grinding machines here. I cannot have caffeine, so this way, I can get my coffee in the morning. I've stopped at several Town pumps across South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, etc, and none had at least one decaf. They had plenty of varieties of other blends.

The usual from Love's. Everything looked clean, good laundry room, good showers, diesel here is kinda pricey tho and the truck parking lot is kinda small too. Would return tho ??

Clean bathrooms and showers, friendly staff. Not much truck parking, but this location is the ideal image of a Loves.

I used to like love's. But now I think help encourage bad habits + they do not care about DAV or any other handicapped truck drivers. Other truck stops. That's 99% of the time I go there not loves. Takes a certain kind of company not to care about DAV or any other handicapped drivers.

Expansiver than another love's showers, and cold water, does not heat, as well, no maintenance shop on this facility
