Fresh clean water for washing the car windows. Clean restrooms!!!! Could eat off the floor that’s how clean the bathrooms were. Felt safe and comfortable with sitting on the toilets! Lots of coffee variety. Cheap gas!! Cinnabon was made fresh. 10/10 recommend!

If you're lucky enough to find parking for your rig, then this is a very neat and safe truck stop. 5 showers, 4 washers, 4 dryers. There's an arby's inside and there are charging stations for your cellphone at most of the tables. There is nothing within walking distance.

Lot filled with campers and motor homes that's been in the same spots for a while now. With truck parking at a premium in the Seattle area, don't these RV's have RV campgrounds they can go to???? Management doesn't seem to care about the parking issues....

My bad Chad, thought I had left the review earlier. Crazy nice staff pizza made fresh for you if you ask always looking out for the drivers. Very clean and well stocked nice inviting part of the truck stop world thank you guys.

Nice newer clean store. Has a Arby's inside. Hot and cold snacks as well. Friendly staff. Only drawback was the shower. Luke warm at best. Not just the one I was in. Another driver 2 showers away said same thing.

Got shower off app. Tried to go in but they had doors locked. Said power is off. People were fueling and lights were on in store. But wouldn't let me in. Probably lost my shower. people are fueling and lights are on. It looks to me like power is on.

definitely would have given it five stars or more if possible even if they hadn't won increased the price of the showers from 12 to 18 dollars. and that only professional drivers are allowed to shower after 6:00 p.m. which is ridiculous and to the rest of us.

I needed an old fuel receipt and I'd stopped at three different Pilot's coming North and nobody's kiosks were working. Arlington's kiosk needed to be reset but they didn't know how, so they got right on the phone to the Help Desk and within 5-6 minutes they were back up - I had my receipt and I was off! Thanks guys!

Terrible service, asked the big lady to bring me 2 slices of pizza to register… I waited for her to bring me pizzas for few mins …. I came back to her, she yelled at me and pointed to get in the line at register! Never coming back at that gas station.

We were out travelling and really needed a shower so came here due to the other places holding their showers for truck drivers. There were a few people ahead but it went quick. They were super clean, and couldn’t tell they’d ever been used prior. We were able to grab breakfast while waiting for the showers and they have a Cinnabon inside where you can have a hot fresh cinnamon roll, gas station coffee or even Arby’s while you wait.

More garbage bins, please ? Why is it so hard to keep a new place clean and tidy? No showers available? Really? I was waiting after midnight on Wednesday evening for a shower. What kind truck stop is this? Totally lazy and underpaid stuff in this Pilot. The manager should be fired and replaced. This is not a truck stop!

Pilot is a junkyard of a company that fails to provide any sort of customer service. They prove over and over again that they care less about their customers when they don't even provide hot water in the bathrooms. Most of the time their bathrooms are filthy and have biohazards on the floor.

This place is clean and has all you could want. Laundry, shower, fuel, food, cinnabon and more! Bathrooms were clean as a whistle. The cinnabon place was delicious. Arby's was good as well. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Wouldn't go to any other place on my way to and from.

I thought every Pilot Travel Center is kind of rest stop for travelers. But on this location they just let you park only 2 hours. It's weird.

Fuel was only $3.39‼️Always an open spot to fill up? Clean and safe place?

They have Cinnabon and Arby's! Do I need say more? The whole place is clean, well stocked. Bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking. Good prices on snacks. Competitive gas/diesel prices. If you are in the area and need a pit stop spot. This would be it.
