Bathroom was clean. There was no creamer except powder creamer. No chilled. No small liquid packets. Waking up to No coffee is a start to a bad day. This is the 3rd pilot to have issues with their coffee. This is why I like loves..

Clean store. Arby's restaurant, clean restrooms. Truck parking is VERY tight. Wish they were angle spots! Would definitely be more truck friendly! Friendly staff, good coffee!

Dirty at lunch on a friday. Hot dogs not cooked no condiments such as mayo. Coffee Station no pour able sugar Vanilla creamer out. Coffee leaking everywhere. Staff just standing at counter. Bathroom was okay but not up to standard for a piolet. Will remember to avoid this one.

Clean friendly staff. They are missing out on money by closing the Arby's early it should be 24hrs. The prices seem to have gone up a tad bit I'm not happy about that but I can do with less when I stop thru from time to time traveling down I90.

Very convenient location off I-90 to charge an EV. Food and refreshment options close to the charging stations. EVgo chargers work a little differently compared to Electrify America. So follow the instructions closely..

Normally, I go to Love's, but it was under renovation, so I came here to scale. Nice truck stop

Everything there is not bigger than my butt the parking spaces no room for RVS hardly enough room for a pickup truck and the semis parkings are all pay parking upon reservation, all the pilots and flyingJs are going that way all the truck stops around vegas all payable parkings for big rigs and none for for RVs overnight parking all the RVers are forced out except most of the Loves that are still accomodating rvs, Lorsburg NM Loves is good for rvers including pilot. There i got it off my chest just don't go there, there is a Loves across the street good place if you are not to choosy for parking, beggar can't be choosers.??

My brother and I pulled into the Pilot to get gas while on a road trip when we realized we had a flat tire on our truck. My brother didn’t have any of his tire change kit in the truck and we thought we were screwed. Well lo and behold TOBY, CHASE, and KORBIN. These guys absolutely saved the day for us by lending us their personal tools from their own cars and making sure we were able to get the spare on there and make sure it was all aired up (all while being really cool and honestly pretty chill ngl). Top notch customer service.

MeKayla (Micayla) Not sure how to spell her name. Was at the Cinnabon station. I got something to drink and wanted to pay for my drinks and she very rudely told me to go to the front register. I had my hands full with Arby's food and 2 drinks and she refused to wait on me. If her job is customer service, she sure doesn't know how to do her job. I will be calling corporate tomorrow!

This used to be one of my favorite stops, but this morning 7/20/21 when I went in about 5:15 a.m. the place was trashed, they weren't that busy, it was a very sad and discouraging sight to see. Get it together management. I hope when I come back through it's cleaned up. I'll update my review then or delete this one.

Real big place. It’s brand new and it has MASSIVE Showers. 2 washers 4 dryers. There’s an Arby’s and a Cinnabon inside and a couple of restaurants near by. Restrooms are pretty clean so no complaints there and staff seems to be courteous and friendly. A lot of fueling lanes not to many spots for overnight parking but there’s also a loves next door for extra parking. I definitely recommend stopping here. Let’s keep this place nice and clean.

The store is nice BUT TRUCK parking is a nightmare! Very tight! Whoever planned the truck parking should have thought differently about the ROCKS BEHIND PRIME PARKING leading to the store! And one walkway leading to the store! THEY could have given at least 10 more feet of room, for the trucks to back up! Plus, round rock with water hoses precariously sticking up out of the rock is a major fall risk! And NO, TRUCK DRIVERS DON'T GIVE A CARE ABOUT YOUR LAND SCAPING, I DIDN'T SEE ONE DRIVER WALK AROUND! NOT ONE THING, IN YOUR DESIGN OF THE TRUCK LOT SCREAMED, WE CARE ABOUT OUR DRIVERS! Go to check your lights a 4 AM OOPS! TRIP OVER A HOSE! OR A ROCK! I THINK THE REGIONAL MANAGER NEEDS TO MAKE A TRIP OUT HERE!

Decent travel stop , best part about this particular location is Biggest Shower Rooms with 2 showers inside and plenty of space? !!!.

Pulled in for gas and a bite. Difficult to access for RVs and no place to park them. Only spent 5 min on the property, moved on to the next

I use to really like using Pilot for it's convenience to I-90 and amenities it offered. Given, their prices are not as competitive probably because of the amenities compared to other filling stations. It was worth it. However, within the last year the quality has suffered and neglected. The bathrooms are not kept up like they used to. I've found on several occasions the buckets with the squeegee and window washing water empty. Not just one bucket at my pump but all of them because they weren't service. Breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos were not stocked on several visits at 7:30 AM. The cappuccino machine on all of its selections were empty or had translucent liquid. The floors needed cleaning as loose garbage was often seen. The cashier made the error of asking me if I found everything ok. I politely explained what I couldn't get and my observations. He and another cashier commented to each other, "Well that's on (named another employee). The store was not too busy on this visit and it would have been a good idea for one of the employees to do a quality control walk through. I sure hope management starts to takes notice and keeps the place stocked and cleaned.
