Very clean and friendly workers. Plenty of gas pumps for cars and trucks, spacious parking. I think a lot of truckers appreciate that they have showers here. They call your number when a shower stall is available.

Place is run by a bunch of lazy and unprofessional people. There were a lot of vacant showers available and I have been waiting for the last almost 50 minutes after reserving one but all the three ladies were busy talking and laughing in the counter desk. They were not even attending any customer, there was no one but still did not have time to take care of the persons waiting to get a shower. At last, had to cancel my shower after a long wait.

Very clean Truck stop, lot of amenities nearby areas, can do shopping and deliveries also available, nice and organized lounge for Drivers, friendly staff on the top of everything.

Got a truck wash today and Jesse did an amazing job, he made my truck look brand new again. 10 out of 10 I completely Recommend ‼️

The showers were not clean. Mold was from the wall to the floor. The driver's lounge was also dirty. There are bugs. The furniture is ripped, and tv isn't working either. We had to get a tire switched out and the manager in the shop was rude. We are Love's customers for 8 years and it's our favorite truckstop. This is the first time we have encountered such a poorly maintained store. Just get your fuel and get out. Don't linger here.

I like the place it's very clean they have and keep everything clean and all the staff are so very friendly and polite they have personal showers and TV area to watch the news they even have a dog park if your traveling with your pet I don't know if it cost they even have laundry room the showers are $14 for an hour use but bring slippers or Sandles in the shower with you or you will walk on other people's hair but other wise it's clean thank you Love's for keeping it clean and friendly I will post picture for you I hope this helps you for now please be safe and always buckle up

Today, 9/30/23 . Stay away from this one. The employees here reject shower for my friend. They were hostile and tried to humiliate him. They were rude asking him where he parked his truck without them explaining why they were asking about his truck. Loves generally have nice employees who welcome us every with a smile but for the store probably didn’t get the memo. We will not stop here again!!!!

Zero stars. I thought Loves would be a good alternative for showers. WRONG. I paid in advance, got a receipt that didn't work. I asked for assistance got no help, as 2 employees talked and laughed. OMG. Ok then...No problem, there are 2 other facilities within a quarter mile. I'm sure Loves could careless, typical in these bizarre times of entitlements.

So as usual we try to always stop at a loves or a pilot fuel station. Usually they have the best prices on fuel and gas. This one as many has a Denny’s attached to it. Inside you will fine all the food and drinks you want along with snacks and things for your car, truck or big rig or in our case our skoolie. If you have a r.v or a truck pulling a trailer they have a separate area off to the side for you to get in and get fuel which makes it nice, they also have a service center in the back where our skoolie is right now doing a oil change while we wait. So we try to stop along these places all the time for our needs. Staff was kind and friendly and don’t forget they have laundry inside as well as showers

So, took my Dad to eat at Denny's, which is part of the same building as Love's. Had difficulty getting Dad in and out of the car with his wheelchair due to the unshoveled snow in the handicapped area. Told the manager at Denny's. She said she would tell the people at Love's, since they were responsible for snow removal. After lunch, the area was still unpassable. Went into Love's and told the people at the counter. They said that "they were working on it" and "the snowplow guy left and wasn't back yet". The parking spot wasn't all of the problem, so was the ramp leading to the sidewalk. Instead of 5 people folding towels at the counter, maybe someone could have picked up a shovel and finished clearing the area. Where is the pride in your premises and customer service??

Very rude employees, bathrooms were totally disgusting. Shower room was totally disgusting. Worst loves, I've ever been to.dont recommend this loves

Advisor Logan at the shop was rude after the mechanic who did the road call lied to driver as well to our office personnel. They charged for a road call and failed to fix the truck, while it needed a light mechanical repair. Poor customer service.

I love coming here it’s got everything you could possibly need friendly, professional employees, clean showers. Good food is an excess diesel pumps and CAT scale..
