The store was very clean, well maintained and stocked. ?️ Service The store employees are very professional and friendly. ? Food There is the usual PFJ fare, sandwiches and roller grill items. There is also a Wendy's inside for alternative food selections. ? Shower The shower was clean, a little small, but clean. There was lots of hot water with good water pressure. ?️ Parking The truck parking lot is not bad mostly back in spaces but a good amount of room to maneuver.

It's clean and well maintained. I did notice it now has diy cashier service.

The employees, parking, showers are good but they need to solve their fuel island problem. Trucks get fuel and just park there while three trucks are waiting to fuel each pump, i always stop here for fuel and they can never fix this problem. Sometimes you may lose an hour to get fuel.

If i could give it no stars, I would. It was so bad. To start with, you have to check yourself out. But if you're buying tobacco, they have to help you, which requires you to wait for someone to come. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper. They had a sign on the bathroom doors. They said someone ran to the store to get some, but they had toliet paper on the shelf in the store they could have pulled off of the shelf and put in their own bathrooms for customer use. I asked if they had Napkins and the guy said we have paper towel but then just stood there not getting me some??? I walked over to the coffee area to grab Napkins. All but one area was without Napkins. Then proceeded to the dirty bathroom. If they had cleaned the bathroom maybe they would have realized sooner that the tp was low before running out. I returned into the store to buy a coffee. The coffee was awful. It was all water. They had no regular creamer, no half and half, just powdered creamer but no stir sticks. Offered us to go next door to Wendy's and grab a spoon. Hey employee, why don't you go to Wendy's and grab some spoons to put over here for your customers. I do a lot of traveling and love pilot gas stations, but this one puts them to shame. The parking lot has a lot of garage lying around as well. The staff seemed to be unphased by the fact that they had run out of needed items to ensure a customer friendly and positive experience. Next trip to this area we will choose Kwik Trip across the highway!

Great showers and water pressure. Clean inside and out. Right off the interstate. Highway construction going on but it's still relatively easy to get in and out. Very friendly staff.

Its a good one. Neat and clean and having lots of parking space for trucks. Free wifi , 7 showers and wendys and scale. Good spot for a trucker. At counter they have a hanging bell which they will ring when you get a free coffee.

This place has DEGRADED!!! Manager should be fired and Pilot sued. No respect for the truckers. Every action will have consequences.

I’m not a truck driver, just passing through while on vacation and found this place to be nice and clean, well maintained with friendly employees easy in and out. Good selection of drinks and snacks, restrooms well nice and clean also!

Always the cheapest diesel prices.

Very unprofessional cashier, letting drivers stay on pump and making other waiting almost an hour

Really lost respect for this company you have truck drivers who are away from family doing their job making you money and not every one uses your microwave but one truck that can't afford to buy expensive food from every truck stop gets told they can't heat up their dinner because they didn't spend money on something in your truck stop.. you should be ashamed of yourself.

Always busy and long waiting to get fuel. Store and restroom are dirty.

This Was The Best Clean Pilot Every! Shower Was Spotless! Restroom Was So Clean! No Trash In None Of The Trash Can! I Made It Here Around 8pm And All The Ladies Was Cleaning And Was Nice ? Us Truckers Really Appreciate You Ladies! Awesome Staff

Half their pumps don't work right. They never did them. If you enjoy waiting an hour to fuel because their diesel pumps are slow this is the place for you. Never stopping here again.

Store has been under renovations for months and so the service and location is really bad right now! The showers are down now and the employees have become rude becuase they are understaffed. Avoid this location if you can. They tell me it will be like this for many more months!
