Easy access off of the interstate, plenty of parking, hot food inside,clean restrooms, showers, driver lounge and laundry area.

Gurl! You kitchen nasty! Went to get breakfast at 0930 and it's all old and burned. Mentioned to the employee and she said," it's the oil." Have you considered changing the oil? *** by the way bottom left pan is tater tots** What about the biscuits? Was that the oil too? Talked to 4 different employees and they all couldn't possibly care less. Have to settle for pizza but after I took 2 there was only one slice left. This place is a joke. And the parking lot is just nasty. I wouldn't normally post this but after speaking to several employees and their "don't care attitude" I figure this might get management's attention. I know I'd like to know if this was my store. If you walk up to a person and there hair hasn't been combed since they woke up, what does that say about their hygiene. What you put in your display is the same thing. What does that say about your kitchen and food?

One of the best Pilots around. Plenty of garbage cans in the lot. No trash on the ground. Nice area to walk to the dog or yourself. Great laundry room. Well stocked and nice staff. I always like parking here. Diesel lanes are a bit slippery but overall very clean.

Only have to give a star to leave a review! This stop would be a NEG 5 star...was waiting over an hour for a shower, not one shower was being used, they were all empty since the time I walked in. I always try to see if they are cleaning them because sometimes you don't have time to wait. I asked a woman at the front register if someone was cleaning the showers, she rudely replied they were short staffed. Park here and go to loves, almost the same parking lot.

If I had known which Pilot this was when I reserved parking I wouldn't have reserved a spot. This is one of the worst Pilots. I had stopped here before and swore I would never stop here again. The parking lot, the store, and the employees all are the absolute worst that Pilot Corporation has to offer.

they take a long time to clean the showers. i waited an hour because they were argueing at the front about who did more cleaning. two people were at the front pretending to work with a few customers there while people were lining up to shower.

This is not so much a review of Pilot, but their childish driver. This fuel delivery driver blew his air horn as soon as he reached the driveway into the truck stop because 2 trucks were parked more than 50ft from where he needed to fill the fuel tanks. Then he blew his air horn next to the cab of the white tractor parked on the left. How mature? This person obviously needed to rest and he's doing his best to disturb their sleep. Local drivers, especially Pilot fuel haulers don't need to be concerned about sleeping in their trucks. Nasty jerk. Time apprx 8:50am on 12.2.22 Trailer 3541

Great pilot with easy access to fuel pumps. Lots of parking, good placement of scale, friendly and professional employees five stars all the way.

Always some issue here! Mostly with the Subway. Employees are nice the problem is typically out of product, mostly eggs ! Ya blah bla a supply issue whatever. Figure it out. Last visit the remodeled store had a broken waterline in back and store was closed, out of there control but still something. Next visit "cash only" systm down. Go to ATM get cash with a 4.95 fee, go to counter guess what! Out of egg. Joke Update: these issues have been solved. Everything is runn ing great from employees to items in stock!

I've been to better Pilots where it actually shows that the employees care. The fountain area was not so clean. When I got to my shower it wasn't all the way clean. The hand washing soap was empty, the toilet was loose on the floor and it has a hair line crack on it. You can actually see it. I took pictures. This toilet is dangerous to sit on and they just ignore it. I know I just became a truck driver, my previous job service plumber for 22 years. When I walked into the bathroom it wasn't clean because it still smelled like the previous man's cologne. Everything read dry except the shower. They never cleaned just put towels in it. Here's an update after I showered I saw holes in the walls and my bathroom flooded because it wasn't tiled correctly. The holes in the shower will allow water inside and create mold. I took more pictures. Even the shower curtain was nasty, has molded and mildew on it. I guess the manager has no cleaning policies or implants the employees to do their job. Isn't everyone getting paid to do their job.

Always busy. Truckers dont bother your self to come here,keep going.

If you want a shower just walk to the loves across the street. They actually clean them there

Pilot once had an advertisement blitz saying that everyone knew just how bad their Internet used to be and promised to change. It took me over two hours to post this using this pilots Internet. It is unimaginable how here in 2023 that people can't even get INTERNET right.

Theres always open pumps. Nice and clean store. Showers are amazing with a great water pressure. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Was a nice fuel stop. Now customers are a inconvenience to the staff, showers are frequently a long wait because they haven't been cleaned. Time to choose a new fueling location.
