The Legacy companies were founded in 2019 as a spin off of Diversified Contractors. Diversified, better known as “DCI”, was started in 1999 by brothers Perry and Tim Towns. The companies are still a family operation today and will be far into the future. The goal is to provide a family atmosphere to our employee's and assurance to customers that our relationship's matter. Our livelihood is built from this business and has been for 20+ years.
