A shipper improperly loaded our trailer “that never happens” and yup a few pallets shifted as we knew they would. The receiver refused the load and would not allow the driver on the dock to re-stack the pallets. Bothwell to the rescue! These guys went over and above. Not only did they re-stack the pallets they reloaded the entire trailer the correct way, in less then 1.5 hours. We highly recommend this company and the staff is cool as hell?

We used Bothwell Transport for cross docking and couldn't be more happier with the service that we received. Very professional, good communication. Our trailer turn out damaged after we did the cross docking and they were very helpful figuring out the cause and even did a temporary fix for us. Very nice people. Things were cool and communication was good till there shipper had issues with our driver in kingsburg ca over parking for more than 4 hours in yard.the reason driver was there for 4 hours was product not ready or not available,warehouse employees forced driver to leave ,poor driver got scared and left yard and called me and i 100% agreed with him what happened was terrible,after 5 minutes i got call from nikki (broker or assistant) being super aggressive ,saying should force the driver to go back to the warehouse.when i disagreed with her they reported us on freightguard.
