Everyone at this crosstalk facility is nice, professional, helpful and courteous. Smooth check-in process. Make sure you have your license in hand. Once they check you in, they stage you right next to the check-in booth and call you when they have a door available. Big yard. Lots of room there now loading on both sides of the dock. The main thing to watch out for is when you are leaving. Stay as far to your left as possible when you come out onto Ocean boulevard as there's a bridge you are turning on to very tight. Keep up the good work if you wanted. This facility should be complimented, especially the management on what a great attitude everyone has.

Very clear approach with readable sign. Opens at 9:00 am. Perk on left and go to the office at south edge of the whse. My trailer was ready in one hour. Slide tandem to the back because there is deep ditch before dock.

9am - 1800 appointment time. Arrived at 1030am, in a dock 1040, and loaded by 11am. Easy in and out. No scales though

This company doesn't mess around with making you wait to dock. There is a security booth now and check in is easy. Park over to the left, check in and it moves swiftly. Not a lot of signage, it's not the dirt road you first see on the left, continue on about a block and turn down the paved road. This place is NOT on Google Satellite yet. Now the bad news, you will be asked for SLC. No access. We were loaded over 3,000lbs( CAT scale) and not legally able to run. They claim there was no overage and " people run all the time overweight," when we returned to this shipper. Refused to rework the load and wanted to remove entire 44,946 pounds. BE CAUTIOUS AND WEIGH AT THE CAT SCALE 5 MILES AWAY!

Picked up 8/2/22. Easy like Sunday morning. The road deadends right into the facility. It looks like you can park there overnight if need be, it's a pretty big lot. You park to the left upon entry, and walk to check in. You'll need a load number and a pickup number. They'll scan your license as well. They load very fast but man it's heavy. It's beer though. What can you expect. I ended up with 44,018 load weight. That's manageable.

Such a surprise, These people are quick, and treat drivers with respect. The docks are easy to get into. They allowed me to park outside the gate, I was the first one in at 9am, when they opened. Definitely great service.

This place is the perfect example of how things should run!! Friendly service, wide open space to dock and fast loading time. 44,000 lbs loaded in 38 minutes!!! Awesome job!
