I had to pick up today at 4:30 p.m. the broker woke me up this morning told me to come in and check in and I can get loaded which was a lie I sat from 7:45 in the morning to 3.00 pm they got me a door around 3:00 p.m. and I had the bills in hand by 4.34 don't let these brokers fool you it's by appointment only if you need a place to park you can park at this CNG lot YALLL BE SAFE

The office girl was nice. But I got here 1100 appointment @ 1300 Door at 1345 this 1525 not a single item being put on my truck! We are on a time table people, we don’t get paid by the hour.

Nice employees, but like a lot of unfavorable reviews have stated here, they have a serious flaw in their system. Hey, it happens. But when you read about the same problems over And over, and do nothing about it, that's on management. My dispatch said 1530 load in. Their schedule said 1630. Ok. So I parked and waited. Finally got a door at 2100. Got done at 2300. Serious flaw.

Nice people, I arrived 2 hours early for my appointment, they gave me dock faster and loaded fast too , am out with the load in 1 hours. Need to park against the wall and go to the check in

I checked in three hours before my appointment, Ladies in the receiving department, quite friendly and efficient! I received the door 30 minutes before my appointment and they started loading me immediately. I would load here again with no problems. The staff is excellent.

I arrived at 932am for a 12 noon appointment, Half hour later I was at a dock and getting loaded…..got my paperwork at 11:03am Awesome! Everyone was super nice! Thank you!

Extremely greatful I was worked in on a Sunday no less, by the staff here. All of whom are very polite. They only seem to be strict about appointments when busy.

No one appreciates the driver. After waiting for 10 hours, the loaded truck has to be driven all night. The shipper spent all the time sitting on the seat, which was supposed to be given to the family.
