I ordered four tires from National Tire and wheel in WV. on January 13th. They ship through ESTES and the "soonest delivery date" was January 21st. Then it was the 22nd, then Monday the 25th, then changed to the 26th, another change for the 27th and then the 28th. I finally got in contact with ESTES who then informed me that my shipment had been turned over to Intelliquick in Tucson AZ. I spoke with the manager, Rick, on Tuesday and he said that the shipment had been there a couple days already and that he had seen it. Rick informed me that the lady who schedules deliveries was out, but would be in on Wednesday the 27th and would arrange delivery for Thursday the 28th. Nobody contacted me. I called yesterday and had to leave messages, because nobody would answer the phone, before close of business. I then decided to just drive three hours and get my shipment myself. $80.98 in fuel, my time and wear & tear on my old pickup to get what should have been delivered to me. I did speak with them as I was on my way and was informed that they would not be able to deliver today, but would like to schedule delivery for Friday the 29th, I said I was on my way and to not worry about it. Intelliquick is not a good company, has bad reviews and they should not get paid from ESTES for this delivery that was NOT delivered. I am angry, this should not have happened. I have tons of room at my residence for a tractor trailer and ESTES could have just delivered. Intelliquick is not a reputable company and nobody seems to know what is going on. Total bullsh*t, justva wild goose chase. I should not have to do their job to get what should have been delivered!

Estes Freight sub contracted a delivery out to Inelliquick delivery service. Shipment sat on Intelliquick dock for 2 days from the time Estes turned it over to them. I called and left 5 voice messages and still no call back. Finally on the 6th call after venting my frustration I was turned over to a Brian who said my shipment is sitting on his dock and he will try to schedule it the next day. Hell no give me your address and I will pick it up. I get there and more than six trucks backed into the front of the building and in the middle of the warehouse is my shipment and only my shipment. This company had no other shipments in the warehouse and several trucks parked waiting to deliver and several employees in the office and I never get a call back and had to pickup my shipment that was to be delivered. Consumers beware of Intelliquick delivery service out of Tucson Arizona.

Will promise a call back and then never call back, made me feel like I played myself.still haven’t gotten my delivery.

Absolute worst delivery service. If one person leaves the office then no one else knows what is going on. Promised delivery times were not met forced to wait hours for a delivery that never happened.

Best delivery company In the Southwest.
