Had a 3:30 appt, got here at around 1. Checked in and told to wait for a call. Like other reviews it’s right but nothing crazy. Got the call 1:50 to pull in door 13. Which is right across the stage area where you wait to be called. Kinda funny either way the railroad track but just circle around, make sure your belongings are strapped down and back her in. Good experience.

I had zero issues here. I was in and out in one hour and the people were great. Having said that it is a little "dicey" getting in and out of this place. The roads are narrow and little confusing. Hope to come back. Thanks.

Sad sad place to deliver too! I live here in fort smith and hope I don't ever come back to deliver a load here! If you gotta unload at door 16 it's tight and potholes that will swallow a truck and oh yeah watch for trains!

Very fast unloading. Receiving at 7:00 a.m. You can park here over night. Very friendly staff. Door 15 and over on the left side of receiving office. Just follow truck route will get you to the place.

When I got here there was one truck docked and left shortly after. They said they didn’t have my load ready even though I was here before my appointment time. There’s trucks parking all around which makes it nearly impossible to even get to the dock to get loaded. I’ve been here almost 3 hrs and counting. I will never be back here again.

It's a mixture of reviews place ok? Got an area for staging. Not many places could me more. Sometimes they're quick and other times not so much.

I arrived and checked in and went to door immediately. I was loaded in less than 2 hours. By the way, I was 2.5 hours early. The lady in the office was very pleasant. This location has tight turns, but none are that bad. I had plenty room to maneuver. Backing was fairly easy! Go to “C” street to to check in. They will direct you where to go. They even strapped my load for me. Overall, very good experience.
