I'm very grateful to ARDI and their manager, Anastasia, for delivering my products from China to the US. This was my very first shipment, and I had no prior experience with the process. However, thanks to their expertise and support, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their professionalism and efficiency made a potentially stressful experience completely hassle-free.

I would not recommend ARDI unless you are OK with bad communication and aren't counting on a freight forwarder to be fully transparent. My goods did arrive from China in California, but once they received the product for prep, it took way longer than promised and communication got progressively worse. Their online platform is also not user-friendly and prep materials could be limited (never doing that again). Due to the delays in responses previously and them costing me wasted shipping labels on my second shipment by giving me the wrong address I found an easier, more professional company to work with. For a new FBA seller, costly mistakes, headaches and delays can't be afforded - go with a company who will be clear on expectations throughout the whole shipping and prep process!

1st off - All of their google reviews are FAKE. scroll down and see the list of foreign google users who gave it 5 stars. This company is operated by Ukranians and they are not actually based in USA. All reviewers names are either Russian/Ukranian. Big red flag and stupid of me to miss it before hiring them. Don't make the same mistake as me. Review: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Only reason I am giving 1 star is because eventually we received our goods. I had 2 shipments done with Ardi, one via air freight and one via ocean. Both shipments were late. We paid extra for air and the quoted lead time was 8-12 calendar days. It didn't end up arriving to our warehouse until 27 days later - no compensation provided. Throughout the entire time the communication was horrible and deceptive. I have no idea how this company made it on Amazon's SPN network. They are absolutely horrible, overpriced, lack any kind of customer service, do not provide escalation contacts when asked, and have poor communication skills. As a result, we missed having our stock available for Prime Day 2024 and missed out on a ton of sales - despite having our shipment picked up in May and using air freight. Watch out for their quoted lead times as they are deceptive - it doesn't include the time your goods spend at their warehouses waiting for confirmation at a port. My goods sat in their China warehouse for 2 weeks before being put on a container or airplane - absolute garbage service. Worst part of all is that they are not actually usa based, but reside in Ukraine and pretend they are in California. Whenever i tried to call my contact, Ilia Motruk, the number wouldnt go through unless it was working hours in Ukraine time. Needless to say, very very disappointed with their service and communication - deceptive all around and bluntly lie about your shipment status (i.e they tell you that your shipment has cleared customs only to find out a week later its still sitting in customs). The entire process was a headache and stressful as the shipment was very important to us. Stay far away from this company - i wouldnt even recommend my enemies to use their service.

I highly recommend this company. Fast delivery and high service and fast communication. I am very satisfied with their work and plan to cooperate with them in the future.
