SLOW WAIT IN LINE OF TRUCKS TO CHECK-IN THEN PULL AROUND AN WAIT IN LINE OF TRUCKS TO GO TO DOCK. Then‼️ I've talked to 10 drivers the shortest time being 5 1/2 hrs and not unloaded... update 5 hours to unload 8 pilots
Delivering Fedex Ground was horrible, as it would take me twice as long,that it would at a different stop!! Mark took over and really made a change in the way they handle things now,my delivey time has been cut at aprox. 50%,im able to go in n out at a very fast pace!! Very much improved and doing great,keep it up!!
This place is one of the worst places I've been too. Trucks are piled up everywhere here & there's no place to park. It's not easy to back up into a dock because the opposite docks are too close to each other. If you come here be prepared to waste 4-6 hours of your day because they take a long time to load/unload. Just added it to my blacklist, not coming here again
My experience. 1 1/2 hour to get unloaded, be there by 0700 to get a door assigned. By 0800 you need to check in with their PC. It is true, backing up is a B@$$$. If you have a truck already getting unload on the front dock I don't know any driver that could back up with a truck parked in front.
Busy place, be here early if you can. They open at 7 but start unloading at 8. Staff is very amicable. Backing up can be hard when this place is busy.
If u delivery for flex don’t come here take 6 hour to unloading . And only appointment I come I day before my appointment they didn’t take me . They have 1 miles away 3 truck stop Thankyou
