This whole wearhouse is rigged. $200 late fee for 15 mins. And then they want me to change the time on time sheet ,checkin at 5.15am but they said write 6.11am. Not sure what’s going on. I was pretty upset that’s a lot of money. Feel like they above the law no one to check on this daylight robbery
Pathetic . How hard is it to unload totes ? 15 minutes with 2 people on a forklift . Manager wanted me to be on standby till the night ? not to mention charge Marten Transport $200 and by nighttime I would run out of hours . I have an oil change appt at 3pm in Jurupa Valley. Reefer drivers are not late because we don’t care the dispatchers are the ones who don’t time it properly, they aré the ones who don’t include possible delays. The least this gay ass company could do is unload me I already waited 2 days
The reviews about being late and being charged are correct. As long as you're on time it's no problem. Chris in receiving took care of me was very professional, explained their procedures and operation had me unloaded within 1 hour. Chinese gentleman who checks you is professional. He just doesn't like to make small talk. Overall, this Weber facility runs a tight ship. They have parking available so there's no reason not to be early. Keep up the good work. Weber Santa Fe springs Chris deserves a raise!
The worst experience I have had with a receiver. Came through Los Angeles traffic was 30min late. The Asian worker at shipping receiving window was so unprofessional. I'm charging you a 200 dollar fine. Then. I will place you on standby to be unloaded. The facility wasn't even busy as seen in photo. Now I have been sitting here over 3 hours. Waiting on payment for this fine. I just drove 1800 mi with their customers merchandise. I cannot believe people representing a large Company like Weber Logistics have the right to treat others this way. Truck drivers are the backbone to their whole business. Warehousing ,shipping and receiving. Unacceptable to say the least.

If you arrive late by 5 minutes or more than the scheduled time, be expecting a 200.00 dollar fee!!! Or reschedule. If you pay the 200 fee you might still wait all day or evening to be accommodated.
Brought a load from Dow in Hayward to here Dow messed up loading us because we don’t have a plastic truck when we tried to tell them how to load the truck they said they can’t went to weigh and was over weight they said they would rework it but I was still over on my trailer they kept me so late up there I couldn’t take my break and get down here on time for a 9 am appointment so what happens yep 200.00 late fine then on standby so they can work me in at a facility that has one truck at the dock I see all of the people going in to work but I honestly have no idea what they are doing in there because it’s not loading and unloading trucks this is ridiculous!!! Worst place EVER!!! Do not come here
