America 1 logistics in Chesapeake, VA is not professional!! Waited 3 weeks for terminal manager to TRY to get office together after lying about being up and running. DEREK who has ran an intermodal company before. ( probably ran that one into the ground too!) Couldn't get account straight to pull port chassis, lied about it everyday!!! This fiasco has got my finances so far in the hole that he needs to be on Church St selling
Richard is the worst broker you could come across here,(my experience) keeping containers hostage, double brokerage, blackmail, and what not on a single container, Please avoid at all costs, bunch of double brokers knowing nothing about logistics
Rates are low and u get about 56% ok port frieght. They dispatchers are bad and they run their business on emotion. If they dont like u, u dont get work. Dont waste your time here
