My experience with this company was an absolute disaster. As a carrier, I rely on brokers to be efficient, communicative, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, Ardenx failed on all fronts. First, the communication was horrendous. I had to chase them down for updates, and even when I managed to get someone on the phone, they were rude and dismissive. They provided inaccurate information about the load details, which led to significant delays and confusion. To make matters worse, their dispatch team was completely unorganized. They failed to provide necessary paperwork on time, causing further delays and stress. It was clear that they don’t care about the carriers they work with, only about cutting corners and maximizing their own profit. If you’re a carrier looking for an honest broker, avoid them at all costs. The frustration, lost time, and financial impact of working with them simply aren’t worth it.

Horrible company. Horrible workplace. Horrible management. When the owners arent busy wasting their money on vacations, new yachts, or their 5th marriage; they are inside bashing their employees, ruining operating procedures, and focusing on trying to become a podcaster.

This review is in regards to Jon Mlynarczyk, we’ve been working with him for several months now and have nothing but good things to say about him. He’s attentive and professional and goes above and beyond than your typical broker. I highly recommend working with him and look forward to all the future freight we’ll be hauling. He’s one of the good ones!!

Worst brokers with no professionalism at all. Requested for a lot of information and some unneeded pictures of the trailer. Once all the information was provided, they completely ghosted. Whoever hired these unprofessional people certainly needs help.

From personal experience I know this company thinks it's funny to put carriers out of business. Horrible, no good brokers IMO
