Normally I don’t write stories but this one deserves description more than just the 5 star rating. It was my first time experiencing Crossdockong services on 3/21/23. From the outside parking lot to the inside of the building I was warmly welcomed by the staff and drivers who worked for this company. As a driver this makes us feel important since people tend to forget we are humans too. Upon backing to my assigned dock I was met by Arthur. Little did I know he would be the one leading the team of hardworking individuals to offload the 3 16’ long 3k lbs pieces of auto loading lifts from a dry van trailer. (I have to mention it wasn’t the most bright idea from the shipper to load this into a dry van it definitely should have been a flat bed load) Arthur assured me him and the team would try their best to get it off the trailer without scratching the floor more than the shipper had already did. Already I was built with confidence from his words as I was literally stuck with this load for 2 days as the Walmart facility was not equipped to offload this load. After careful review Arthur and the team at Crossdocking and delivery safely and gingerly took this load off the trailer with out scratching the floor. They treated the trailer as if it was their trailer and me as if I was a guest in their own home. Big thanks to Arthur and the team for setting me free from the load and passionately being the experts that they are. I would highly recommend this place to all drivers needing help with cross docking. Thank you again!!!

Great Great Great Arthur my man ask for Arthur the space cadet !!!!!!This place what can I say the got me out of a big jam best in the business cleaned up a horror movie of cucumbers for me they took there time recouped my freight with care Arthur knows his stuff he explained to me what the shipper did wrong why my loaded did what it did I’m loading up pictures first 2 pictures is the horror movie Other 2 pictures is how Arthur fixed the load the right way I give this place 10stars they really know what ther doing thanks ARTHUR !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I delivered to suite #300 . They took me a day early at 8pm for next day 8am delivery not sure if they are 24 hrs.

Sam and Arthur helped me out of a jam when no one else could get the pallets off my trailer. Great guys and great service! I'm definitely going to keep their number for the future!

I am a driver that a load refused by coco beach Walmart dc, I found out that cross dock and delivery solutions could help and restock my pallets the correct way. My pallets were falling over , and Arthur was so genuine and upfront with his crew and took care of my entire 14 pallets of load that shifted from the shippers wrong loading. I thank you Arthur and your staff for your dedicated effort of getting me back on the road to deliver.?? I recommend anyone that has pallets leaning or not wrapped correctly, to come to cross dock solutions. Thanks again Cross Dock.

Absolutely the best. The owner went out of his way to send someone to help me early in the morning just so i wouldn't miss my 7am appointment. In and out within 30min. Amazing
