Had a load of frozen pizza for a 3pm appointment. They got me in early and had me out the door by 1:30. Everyone was very kind and respectful. They allowed me to use the employee bathroom which I appreciate very much. There is a check in office out front they directed me where to check in around back with frozen. Thanks everyone great job.
Hello to all OTR drivers! Don't know how others, but my load didn't get checked in until I have provided 6 digits delivery #...(which is not easy to get)And then I was standing long hours, waiting for phone call from them to get a door... All other trucks that came after me, were getting doors and unloading rightat frontofme..Idk what was going on, but there's Not much room to park, so as for me, - not good¬ fast enough especially for frozen products (as I had) Be aware...
I drive for prime inc showed up here 14:00 for an appt of 15:00 they we nice people working here checked me in told me to wait for a phone call as soon as I got to my truck they called and told me go to door 12 back in brake seal open doors. I backed in guy came out put and air lock on red line told me he off load me ASAP. They off loaded me in less than 45 min with 27 pallets! I’m super satisfied with these people here they don’t play they get it done I got my Bills by 14:56 and was leaving. Thank you very much for great service! Would go back here over and over!
This facility have night parking between the dock. If you follow the any gps do not go inside the warehouse because parking is on the street. Big parking and quick unloading. Nice people and clean restrooms for drivers . Great service
Y’all need to change your time from “open 24hrs” bcus that’s a lie, I’m here now an again bcus when I was here yesterday Friday your team loaded me wrong ! By the time I got to the flying J to weight my load I had a feeling I was over weight an when I got back to do adjustments they were gone Smdh this was 10/25/24 Friday
this shipper is horrible. took over 8 hours to load one truck and kept leading me on they would have me done in time to make my straight through delivery. they tell you what you want to hear before its to late and you are screwed. stay away from this place.
