We are a company that sells online. We have 3 brands. This is our 4th fullfilment warehouse. We've used HUGE companies, and some mid-size companies. Our problem with these other firms was that they were to inflexible with their processes, and you never spoke to the same person twice. If you're in this business, you know that this is one of the toughest roles to fill in your business process. Jeff, Paul, and the rest of the team have really helped our business to grow. We've been with them for about 4 years now. It's been a huge help in having actual people to talk to. As we're based in the same part of Florida, it's been fantastic to have them within a 45 minute drive to our production facility. We're able to restock them quickly, and it's easy to send up a truck whenever we need to. In addition to our order fullfilment, we have the recieve container loads of our materials. We can then order up 4-8 pallets at a time to be sent down to our facility on demand. They've been great logistical partners to us. It's been a solution to our raw material recieving, storage, and individual order fullfilment.
