I have hired this company twice to pick up freight in the Miami port and they have been extremely professional and always demonstrated a sense of urgency. I was never overcharged they always picked up and delivered my containers on time and I am very surprised they have such low reviews. I felt compelled to share my experience as Google reviews can seriously affect a company and I think is so unfair. People are so quick to report when something goes wrong and never willing to speak when everything goes well. From my experience they are a very good operation. I will continue working with them and recommend them in the near future.

Our experience with Go-Freight Group has been highly disappointing and costly. Initially, they quoted us $660 per container for same-day delivery. After securing the delivery order, they abruptly doubled the fee to $1,300 per container, compelling us to pay immediately via Zelle to meet our tight delivery schedules. Despite our prompt payment, Go-Freight Group later informed us that they could not deliver the containers on the same day due to a lack of drivers, contrary to their earlier commitments. They then demanded an additional $300 per container for next-day delivery, citing storage fees overnight. This sequence of events not only disrupted our operations but also imposed unexpected financial burdens on our business. Their actions demonstrate a clear lack of integrity and reliability. We advise anyone in the logistics sector to consider other more reputable providers to avoid similar experiences. Stay cautious and explore your options thoroughly before committing to Go-Freight Group.

Major loss for your company if you do business with these people, they will lose your cargo and will have no solution for you. Take this as a warning
