This company is just fantastic for a courier service. We use them to move things around Jacksonville and it is more economical than doing it yourself or with your own employees. They have extremely reasonable rates and we've been using them for decades. Great local business. The team that answers their phones is super nice, and their management is first rate, from their owner right down to the folks who pick up and deliver your packages. All great. Highly recommend!!!!!

I ordered ink from Grimco. They use UPS and Priority Couriers for shipping. This order was being delivered by Priority. I live on south Ga. and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. Checked tracking at 3:30. Said delivered. I called Grimco. They called Priority. Driver "ran into some traffic" but was in Albany, 45 miles to the west. Had to make a delivery in Dawson first. Waited on him for 2 hours. Never showed up. Called the next morning. They had to reschedule the delivery for the NEXT day. Priority. Right. Grimco lost my business because of PRIORITY.
