Review was right !!!!! Google should have zero star option !!! This place is horrible !!! I never seen nastiest Rudest whatever you call it people works here. They think they work for government or they really hate this job. Especially lady in guard shack . They need to stop being nasty to hard working truck drivers.

Lady in gaurd shack must hate their job. Treated me like i was forcing them to do their job. My appointment was for 10:00 am. They said 22:00 pm and tried to tell me how the military time works. And got pissy when I couldn't hear them after refer turn on with the hole eye,head,and breathing motion. The first time, there had no clue on how they operate. Everyone else, great, no problem. 21:00 load was ready. Good to go.
Never ever load on time. Always late with same lame excuses. Hershey needs to rethink their warehousing agents.
On 07/17/2024 I went to this location and the little girl at the gard shack got smart with me. Little girl learn to respect your elders.
Warehouse stacked product badly resulted in damaged goods. 3 stars as they fixed it but representative was rude.
I was supposed to have a drop and hook. My appointment was at 14:00 got here at 13:00. 10 hr later and i’m still waiting and these idiot people don’t know when they can get me done. The oompalompa security guards are no help and a five year old can work better then the people in the office no urgency their comment is “ just take a nap, it’s the name of game! “ a sloth moves faster them.
Slow slow SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWW ITS CRAZY HOW THEY DO APPOINTMENTS AND YOU HAVE TO WAIt for soooooo LONG. First time here and will be the last . Had an appointment for 8am . Got here at 7:55 got on a dock and did the disconnect tandem back and sit on the truck . 1pm still no movement at the truck . Got out at 5pm. For first time Pick up experience was horrible . Will not come back
Full trailer double stacked offloaded in 1.5 hours. Quick in an out.
8 hrs +waiting and still not loaded. Only a handful of trucks have been here all day. HORRIBLE.. 2nd time here 8 hours again... and my freight at the wrong door. And the computer is don at checkout..
Driver lounge is a plus appointment 13:00 checkin 8:30 got sore right away didn’t start loading till 14:00 got out by 17:25 so good luck to you truckers
Easily one of the best customers I do business with. They've yet to delay me, they have accommodated me when I need to arrive early, and show mutual respect for me as a driver.
