Arrived at 0800 for a 1000 apt. Got in and out in 30 minutes. This place does not waste anytime. Love it!

Our company has worked with Chris on countless loads in the past year. We have not had any problems with this crossdock. The rates are always reasonable and rework, if any, are completed in a timely manner. Chris communicates with us via email and always answers the phone if needed, and our company SOPs of verifying carriers and checking freight have all been followed, photos and paperwork all have been provided with no fail. Warehouse Basics is personally my go-to crossdock in ATL GA now for non-food grade commodities. i have attached a photo of one of our loads taken at the crossdock
I had an incredible expereince with the guys at Warehouse Basics. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my project went as smoothly as possible. Chris was my contact, and his communication was excellent-I knew what was going on with my freight every step of the way. He referred me to outside carriers just in an effort to help, and all around, he offered us an impressive level of service. On top of it all, his prices were very fair. I truly lucked out by stumbling across this company.
Open @8am,quick unload times and lots of parking including overnight. There just not trucker friendly as far as letting you us there restroom facilities.
Doors open at 8 AM, if parking overnight call and get authorized or security will make you move. Plenty of space
We've been working with Warehouse Basics for years now, highly recommend, fantastic service, very personable and friendly. Would recommend to anyone in the Atlanta region. I wish more companies were as organized and easy to work with as this one is! Ask for Chris, he's amazing
These guys are awesome so fast ,polite and friendly. Manger and fork lift guys are excellent..I was done in less than 1 hour..
I agree with the last review doors open at 8am good overnight parking no restrooms bring dinner nothing nearby
