Way back in 1997, Warehouse Basics was formed to provide logistics solutions to small and mid-sized companies. Warehouse Basics, Inc. carved a niche in the ever-growing 3PL industry and we continue to do so today. We pride ourselves in taking it back to the “basics” by providing basic value added warehousing services that bring back the fundamental principles of blocking & tackling in warehouse operations.

Update! Thanks getting me unloaded quickly I gave you 4stars! They seem to move at a decent pace and are friendly. I really would like to give them 4 ⭐️ but lack of space to back in, set up to back, to stage, and park is ridiculous. I rode up and down the street several times trying to figure out how I could get here to check in. After wasting 20min doing that I pulled into the tight docking area at the front of the building and checked in. To top it off I had to pull on to hwy 23 to setup for my door. It’s not a big deal but this is busy road! Be careful and pay close attention when coming here. For directions in a truck they very simple from i75. If you get off at exit 212 go to hwy23 and make a left shipping door is at docks on the front side of the building. You also can use exit 216 to get here. After you get off i75 turn left. At the first light make right on king mill rd it take to hwy 23 and then make a right. Google maps will bring you to the front door. It’s the building across from the Home Depot dc.
The shipping office is near docks 5 to 8. It's hard to backup to the door 5,6,7 if there is already a truck on the door 8. No restrooms for drivers but There is portable one. I was out from the place in 2:15 hours.
I was loaded by Chris , he was amazing. Was loaded quickly Thx
Very quick unloading professional people work at this facility Very tight to Backup if you are at the front dock no matter which dock you get this place is not for rockies only professional drivers can Backup there
I work in dispatch. Our receiver Geodis messed up the appts and we had to wait a week to redeliver. I called Ken and he was very kinda and gave us a reasonable warehousing rate. Was able to pay with EFS and get my driver back to work. Id recommend this place
Working with Ken & David at Warehouse Basics has been an extremely positive experience. They ensure our inventory is always on point, fulfill orders in a timely manner, and arrange our freight without headache or hassle. Definitely one of the best 3PL experiences I have had.
I arrived late for my appointment because Atlanta has horrible traffic. The guy working in receiving was totally understanding and worked me in. He was totally professional and flexible.
