0/10 They are racist. I walked in to check in and immediately they dismissed me say go wait in your truck you can’t come in here. But another driver, a white man walked right in and was loaded and unload after I’ve been waiting almost two hours. Then after waiting for so long they came to tell me the pallets couldn’t fit on my truck. My truck was empty, how ???
Double check your load and ask for air bags so load does not shift.
Came a little early, dock was assigned immediately. Had to wait a little bit for workers to come back from lunch and was loaded quickly! Good ??
In and out and they was very friendly at the dest to get paperwork work fast and seamless
World Distribution Services AKA Macon DC is located at 100 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd., Pooler, GA 31322. Friendly, helpful, fast loading. Driver check-in is near Bay Door 22. Drivers must have a six digit Delivery or Pick-Up Confirmation Number.
Best place to do “business” for us so far! Loaded quickly and staff was very friendly. We have been to this location a few times now and they are ALWAYS so pleasant and easy to deal with(some places you just don’t know what kind of day it’s going to be with them-not this place). The office staff really goes the extra mile (that you just don’t see from other places)! We didn’t have to wait very long at all (to get docked or loaded). I don’t know about everyone else-but in these times, it is so refreshing to deal with people who are so helpful and kind...never written a review like this long...hopefully this helps in your decision to do business with these people! Great experience! I have been here several times, and each time they treat me like they were the customer. All of the staff, especially Wendy and angel in the shipping office get personally involved in the process. To them, it is more than just a job! To them, their reputation and job is on the line if they don't get you in and out in a timely manner. Even if you get there early, they still try to get you in and out as soon as possible.
I had a wonderful experience getting loaded at this facility. Wendy in the office was extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with. I was loaded quickly with no delays. Its not often that you can get in and out with out some kind of issue. This is one facility I wouldn't mind hauling for in the future.
