Delivered here. Everyone was really friendly. I had to wait about 20 minutes for the dock they gave me to be available but I’ve I was docked I was unloaded immediately and fast. I was on site for less than an hour. Be careful at the one exit, there’s low curbing dividers and you could catch your rear tandems on them if you don’t turn wide enough.

They have themselves listed as open 24 hrs a day, Monday thru Saturday, but there is NO ONE HERE!!! Despite having other carrier's trailers and loads accessible in their drop lot, they don't put the paperwork in with the load, and they have NO ONE available to sign any paperwork if you need to drop a load on their lot. Calling them and trying to get a hold of after hours dispatch is pointless, because after hours dispatch isn't available after hours. Getting a hold of someone is like pulling teeth.

They have a trl yard by the company, but don't allow you to park during daytime or night time. They allows to park on both shoulders of the road between the company and trl yard. No one baser during the day time or night time. They accepts with appointment only. If you do live unload after 5 am, most probably going to check in next to door 88 by the driver check in. If you don't see anyone at the check, talk to the forklift driver.They might help.

Nothing like running people over in small town Wisconsin - apparently speed limits plus 5 mean it’s safe to pass in a primary business district. 55 in 35 with a 53 foot box trailer doesn’t seem good for the business

This company is nothing but a scam. They do not deliver when they say they are going to I had to wait a month to get my shipment they said they didn't have the proper paper work in my opinion if you don't have the proper paper work than you should not have picked up the shipment. After they finally delivered it they are trying to charge me double the price of the shipment I will not be using this shipping company again

My first time at this particular company. I arrived at 1749 hoping that there was a staging area to park in. When I went into the office area to check in, was met with a friendly greeting and smiles. It’s terrible to say but at many shippers/receivers you have to brace yourself for whoever made them mad before you got there?. My preloaded trailer wasn’t scheduled to be ready until 2100. It was ready! Due to my driving hours being limited, they kindly allowed me to hook up to our loaded trailer and park on the gravel shoulder alongside the trailer storage lot until I could drive again. This was truly appreciated as they appear to be a 24 hour busy operation so I felt safe in that space. Most of my loads require the reefer on so traffic and people moving around do not phase me at all. I prefer that to some gloomy unlighted parking lot. The shag driver answered several questions I had and was helpful with information on where things were located and their procedures. Would love to come back anytime. The only glitch had nothing to do with the company. The exit I was supposed to take off the interstate was closed due to construction so it was a bit stressful for a while navigating my way in and trying not to get directed onto a road not meant for the beast. My Rand truck gps doesn’t always behave.??? Update 2024: if drivers are coming from I 280, take hwy 92 nb exit then to 18th Ave exit turn left. Turn right on Mill St and in approx 4 blocks it winds around into the business complex. My Rand truck GPS took me some other crazy way the first time I picked up here. Also shoutout to the Yard driver who told me about the beautiful bike path along the river close by if I needed to exercise or walk my dog. (It’s near the rr crossing guard rail). Much appreciated!

Everyone single driver I have met from here seems real cranky. Out of all ltl carriers least friendly people I have ever dealt with. Equipment seems nice and well maintained so idk what that says.
