After 20 years of moving some of the world’s most valuable cargo through complex supply chains, the most important lesson we’ve learned is to avoid complacency. By constantly moving forward, we’ve maintained our reputation for excellence in logistics, and we’ve thrived during the massive economic shocks of the Great Recession and the COVID-19 pandemic. Whatever the years ahead hold, we’re focused on continuing to expand the reach of our customers’ freight by giving them access to more and better options.

Yeah this place is tight, a bit tough but not impossible. I was lucky enough to get some space on the left side of the street to angle the trailer. But all you can do is slide your tandems all the way to the front & maximize all the little space you have around you. Another disadvantage is when you get your trailer inside the warehouse, it’s very dark so it’s hard to see with your mirrors. The middle dock is the easiest to get into when the dock beside it is empty. & the docks are very small for a 53ft dry van. But overall its okay, got unloaded within the hour.
I've been here since 6:30 am they open from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. I have been trying to check-in. To check-in you have to call thier phone number, talking about their phone lines are down smfh ? 2 trucks already got unloaded before me. Manager saying they check-in first when I have been trying to check-in for the past 2 hours. If you're the manager why you don't put a sign saying your phone lines are down goofy.
Drive carefully back very tired with Kenwort and Peter maybe Volvo is good but I give one star because no washroom for drivers not overnight parking not esy to come be careful if come from Michigan 90 west then 55 south st luis 186 ext 50 Cicero then after Chicago ave turn wide then you follow gps
Haven’t been here but just down the street. So easiest directions for a semi. 290 West to exit 25 Kostner ave Turn right onto Kostner. North on Kostner to Madison and turn left. Block down turn right just before the bridge onto Kenton. Take that all the way till it curves right. Back way into the industrial park. This avoids taking 50 to Chicago ave and dealing with that nasty right turn.
To get here from 290 get off on US 50(Cicero ave) heading north and turn east(right) on Lake st then North(left) on Kilbourne Ave, clearance for 13' 6", I don't know exact size but I got a 13' 6" and I cleared, make sure to swing wide when turning onto Lake and when you turn onto Kilbourne, turns are tight because metro is above, I recommend tandems all the way In the front, just be careful. Ask for middle dock, easiest to back into
Tight area to back up into because of cars parked on street. Employees are quick and nice. Overall besides the small inlet docks not a bad place in itself. The area you drive through to get there is not the best. Don't worry... you'll see what I mean when you get there
Tight, ask to get in door 5. 4 is a nightmare. Unloading process time ok. Suggestion, ask someone to spot for you.
Good people to deal with. If you can drive a semi no issues with dock. If you see the fork lift mechanic. He is smoking hot. Tell him hey guy....
I give zero stars their phone operators are the least professional people I have ever encountered. I was hung up on 4 times while trying to update and change an address for the business I work for that "THEY" had wrong. This problem is causing major issue for drivers meeting appointment times, but I guess that is how Grand Warehouse does business.
Getting into the dock here is... well... it sucks. VERY tight. And the large block across the street makes it even more difficult. Beware when you're heading here!
Receiving dept is nice, no attitudes. BUT, the docks are tight as Fawk. It's a 10 minute ordeal. You got a kw or a Pete, I pity you.
My appointment was at 8am they gave me door at 10.30 , waste my whole day.
Lazy Workers!!! Too slow for 6 rolls!.
Take long to give you a dock door weren't that even many drivers bogus customer
Garmin will have you turn right on chicago, dont do its a nightmare turn, take lake street
