very friendly guy at the check in windows, my appointment was at 12:30pm. I arrived at 8:30am, got a dock. loaded very quickly. I left the place 10:00am Thx
We were late to get loaded for DHT due to winter conditions and the guys waited for us to load us. Receiving and shipped bravo! Great job!
This place needs lines painted on the ground, they have that dumb set up where they have two doors super close to each other and of course every truck driver that’s gotten their license in the last five years. Won’t be able to park straight. I’m sorry if I hurt anyone’s feelings
I musta caught them on a good day, got there a day early checked in the nxt morning they basically dragged me out the truck first thing.. jumped in a dock I was out of the dock in atleast 20mins I think because I was a Green Bay Packers fan and the guy loading me was too..???????♂️? Go Pack!! And to the Bears fan in the office you sux ? I'm kidding he was a good guy..
I've been picking up here for about a year. Not the worst place, not the best. Had some good experiences, had some bad. They open at 8 but you'll never get in to check in at 8. The gate keeper is always late. No public bathrooms. I've used the bathrooms and got yelled at by them. Poor management. No one really knows what's going on. I've gotten to know some of the forklift drivers and they're pretty cool. They'd agree with me on the poor management. Lots of parking if you need to lay over. Next to menards if you need something there.
?????Bad service,My appointment was at 12:30 am.I arrived 50 mins early,they started loading me at 1:10 pm and they weren’t done until 3:00pm. I feel discriminated for being a woman driver,because around 1:50 pm a driver guy arrived at the company and he got loaded before me I do not understand why they skipped me. ??????????
Steel king had me loaded in 15 minutes !!! Feeling blessed!!! Super friendly staff, hope I get to come back!!

THERE IS THE SHIPPING SIDE WHICH IS IN THE FRONT. THEN THE RECEIVING SIDE AT THE END AROUND THE BUILDING (1) DOCK DOOR IN THE Call the sec. MAKE SURE TANDEMS ARE SLIDED BACK!
This place is a joke. They open at 8 am have a meeting right away then take a smoke break while I'm sitting in the dock waiting to get unloaded. Lady in the office is rude. Can't tell someone to wear a mask if none of the employees are wearing them. Shouldn't hang up on people when asked to put paperwork in the back of the trailer so I didn't have to come back in.
Open at 8 am. Strictly appointment .overnight parking. Restroom available. Loading is time is 2 hrs
Make sure to come by appt time & They do not do same day appts if you have to reschedule . Guy in office was very rude and seemed to have an attitude.!

Absolutely the worst place to pickup at arrived at 11am its 3pm still waiting while fork lift operators take smoke break then phone calls and yes smoke break over and over. I want be back.
I work the nightshift and they don't operate nightshift on weekends. So it's kind of lonely at night, but all n all it's a nice clean and friendly company.
