Our Water load shifted and shipper rejected the load. After calling almost every warehouse in Indianapolis I finally found Box Truxx to re-stack my load. This guys took us right away, emptied truck, re-stacked and wraped it very well and load it back in. Professional as it gets. Price was also so reasonable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 10 Stars for you Guys.

My refer broke down in Indianapolis and had to swape to another trailer ,it was getting dark and very cold the gentle me called Chad had to wait after his work for three hours and completed to transfer the load to another trailer. I strongly recommend Box Truxx for cross docking.

This company was so beyond helpful! My partner and I were hauling a load to Colorado that was loaded incorrectly, and it threw our weight off on our drivers. We called them needing the load reworked and they did not hesitate to help us! Not only did they help us last minute but they actually kept their workers late to do so! Hands down the best company to work with. We were in a huge pickle with a carrier. We were able to cross dock the load and box truxx helped us out by getting it delivered for us. The whole process was so easy! Highly recommend this company.
