Ordered a treadmill on Amazon and this company delivered it. One end of the box was ripped off and a wood piece was sticking out of the box. I asked if they could put the box in the basement they said no, only the front entrance or garage. Then, I asked if they could put it in the room next to the entrance, they once again said no. Then, once they put it in the garage, they asked me to sign for it. I asked where it was written that there was damage to the box, and they told me I could write it down. Once I did, I asked for a copy of the paper I signed and the man said there was none, but I could take a picture. One of the men were polite, the lead guy was very rude. Hopefully, on Monday, when it is put together there will be no missing pieces from the box being torn open.

Having terrible luck with this company. I was suppose to have a bed frame delivered 1 week ago. They showed up about 10-15 minutes after their quoted time frame. I had to reschedule due to them being late and having to go to work. I called on Tuesday to have it rescheduled for today (Thursday) and when I didn't receive an email saying it was out for delivery I called. They said it wasn't on the schedule but they would try to get it put on the 2nd part of the day. I called back in the afternoon and said it wasn't able to be put on the schedule. As of now waiting on further contact to see when they will be able to deliver it. So far I've had to take and put back together my current bed twice and clean out my bedroom then put everything back in. All because I can't get it delivered.

Bolton Logistics delivered my new treadmill today. The two gentlemen that came did an excellent job. They were professional,kind and courteous. There was a broken plug so they were not able to assemble the treadmill fully. They waited patiently while I called the manufacturer, they didn't want to leave before they had a solution. I received instructions from the company. The gentleman documented everything fully. I would hire them anytime for any logistics needs I have. Thank you Guys!!

Our scheduled delivery time was 11am on Friday, but we got our 30 minute pre-delivery call at 4:30pm. They said it would actually be about 40 minutes until they arrived. Our office closed at 5pm, but we agreed to stay late for the delivery. The two guys who delivered were very nice! They helped us unload the four big screen TV we ordered off the truck and onto our forklift. They weren't packaged very well, so between the size and packaging, it was a struggle, but they were awesome to help us get them unloaded and into the shop. We are very appreciative of their service!

I've been using Bolton Logistics for the last two years. They have great customer service that can help me with any questions or concerns I have and their delivery service is excellent. I'm always on the run and Brad O'Dell has been a great driver that somehow works around all the weird delivery time windows I give him.

The passenger in one of your vehicles near the Squaw Creek Park area today gave me the middle finger for literally no reason. He's fat and bald. Believe it or not I was actually planning on using your services in a few weeks but now I will be looking at different options. Completely disrespectful...
