Since our opening, NHTS has grown and now handles supply chain functions for companies throughout the United States, Canada, and across the globe. Had a 10:00 a.m. appointment, but by the time I got the load info, I was in Cedar Rapids, so it took a little bit getting there, but I arrived at 10:14 and they took me to the dock I needed to be in , and got me loaded in about 20 minutes with paperwork in hand, I was on my way. The ladies at the front office were very nice and friendly and the young man who loaded my trailer was such a great guy. I would love more runs for them. Thanks for the great experience ,
The folks here are extremely polite and I was unloaded in a very timely manner I slept here for the night as there is parking and it’s not gated. In 38 yrs truckin this is probably in my top five favorite places I’ve been to because of the people who are so nice
Great place to pick up from. I stopped by during lunch so I had to wait on that. However, I was still only there for about forty minutes. They have a couple large dogs that I wanted to pet but that never came up in conversation and I don't just pet without people's permission. They will let you use the facilities if you ask them. There are a lot of different docks spread out over the area. The truck entrance is the north entrance to the property. Over all it was a very good place to load. The people I talked to were pretty nice.
Fast unloading and very nice ladies in there
Came in night before scheduled pickup looking for place to park overnight. Seen gentleman outside and asked if I could park overnight. He asked me about my pickup and said he’d be glad to load me day early. Very professional and easy to talk with. We did paperwork and he had me loaded in 15 minutes. Shook my hand and told me safe travels. Easily my best experience in 8 years driving. Thank you sir and new Hampton you have a great guy.
Super NICE PEOPLE, with a pair of beautifull dogs , very fast loading and unloading, i was delivering and picking up at the same time from this place, and alll together it took them maybe 1 hour, in and out, i wish that all the warehouses around the country worked this FAST, and be so friendly to drivers, GREAT JOB FOLKS??
