Cool place. Big parking lot with overnight parking. You don't drive into the cave here like some I've been to but you back into dock that is in the cave. Office is inside the cave . I will go back anytime
All the other reviews pretty much cover everything. Read them. Did get in a door almost 2 hours before appt time. Guy I checked in with was very pleasant. Lady I got paperwork from hates her job. Keep area in front of dock open for backing in. Some drivers don’t. Don’t be that guy. No restrooms that I saw.
Reviews were spot on about this place. It's a little tricky to find but just stay on 32. Don't deviate don't follow the truck route and you should do fine. Just stay on till it dead ends it will dead end right at their parking lot. They took me early. Got me in a dock unloading's taking a little bit but hey they took me early. No complaints, five stars. Maybe Garmin DZL has got that route turned fixed now because it brought me right to it but I was using Google maps to double check.

We have delivered here several times in 2024. They are always courteous. They have great facilities. Always quick and clean. And if I arrive early and they are not busy, they will unload me early.
Follow 32 all the way end no matter where you coming from south or north . Follow road sings for 32 truck route . Donot follow gps or garmin .it will take u all the way to end.
1) if you get here early, check in! Don't wait for your appointment time. 2) This can be a tricky place for drivers to get to. One you get to the Zip Line entrance, keep going through the gate and all the way down to the second building. If you are loaded go to the entrance by dock A, and picking up go through the entrance by dock 4. 3)Everyone here is extremely nice, well maybe one you've been picking up from for a few weeks ? don't be rude to them! 4)Please do not park next to the tracks by the cars or in front of the docks. If you are in someone's way that is trying to get into a dock, don't be a jerk and please move. 5)There are usually dropped trailers and that is where they want you to park when waiting for a dock.
Although I was late.. the staff was Very Friendly got me to the dock and unloaded In less than 2 hours.. overnight parking just outside the gate.
Take 32 all the way till you reach guard house. Do not attempt i repeat DO NOT attempt to follow truck route (Picture Below) just go straight. GPS is also useless if you using Garmin... Use Google maps instead. There are no weigh or height restrictions whatsoever. Trust me I've learned hard way. Peace ✌?
